This is the truth and I'm ashamed for this location. I have been to a few of these free commodities locations and this one has got to be helped themselves. The commodities they share are 80 percent out dated items that you should have left in the dumpster. The other items are for sale anywhere from a dollar to five dollars and some of them for sale are from the day before that were given away for free. They should reconsider what they are giving to the needy. If the items were any good they probably take them home for their families. This parent company should re-examine how this annex is representing them to the community.

This place is such a blessing ! the people are…read morecompassionate and very helpful. i'm so grateful the staff at LLU medical center mentioned this place and we were able to get in touch with a social worker to refer us. it's walking distance from the hospital so we were able to be in the NICU with our son everyday until he was able to come home. not having to worry about where we'll stay while our son was in the NICU was such a relief! they have a huge kitchen with pantry and refrigerator access, dining area, outdoor play area, grill area, laundromat on site and multiple sitting/lounge areas. their are also people (i think counselors ) available to help get you through whatever it is your family is going through. finance options are amazing and extremely affordable to all. they are very strict about entry access and house rules which are great and intended to keep everyone safe. This place made all the difference and allowed us to be close to our son during such a difficult time.

We got to stay there for free, which was incredible due to being right across the street from our son in the NICU. The staff there were kind and very empathetic to our situation, and we got to meet other parents/families who were going through similar struggles. An assortment of home decor items and clothing accessories, a wall of books, some clothing racks in the middle. That's pretty much it. That all being said...everything available is very carefully curated and shockingly clean by Goodwill standards. The shelves and books are all color-coordinated, and pretty much everything seems to be in very decent condition. It feels more like a small secondhand boutique than a Goodwill, to be honest. Given the size of the space, I actually appreciate that it's laid out this way. It's easier to find things, and the things that I find are usually of higher quality. If you are trying to make a donation...I, personally, would not do it at this particular location. The thing I like about making donations to most Goodwill stores is the ease of it. I like being able to pull my car up to the side of the building and have an employee take the items without too much fuss. From all of the negative reviews on here, it seems like that isn't really how donations go down at this Goodwill store. I have been researching places I could donate 10 suits, 4 of them never worn, 25 ties, and 10 dress…read moreshirts I no longer need. FSA seemed to be a good place. We gathered the suits, plus some nice clothes our daughter had outgrown and went there today to donate. I tried to donate the suits but kept being ignored by the workers as I stood there holding them in my arms. No offer of assistance, nothing. A group of people came in and they got assistance right away; apparently they were volunteering to organize donations. I was then asked to move because I was in the way. Nice way to treat people who were trying to donate. So, you missed out on about $4,500 worth of suits by ignoring and then being rude.
