I also loved that it's in downtown Redlands, so you can park once, walk around, grab a coffee, and enjoy shopping. There's more than enough to explore. Cleanliness 5/5 Very clean and well organized. Their experience has since been shared with the rest of our guild, and it left a very negative impression. I personally shopped there in November and also experienced the owner being quite rude. At the time I tried to give the benefit of the doubt and assumed it might have just been a bad day. After hearing how other members of our guild were treated, it's clear that the poor customer service was not an isolated incident. Quilters want to support local quilt shops, but courtesy and respect toward customers should be expected. Unfortunately, that has not been our experience here, and many of our members will be taking their business elsewhere.
