Not sure why unwind.studio lists them as a Stockist but alas, it was great to finally have a reason to check this place out. It is a maker's collective so there are various forms of art available for purchase. But, also, they have a variety of classes that I am definitely going to explore their schedule because I am interested in the Dubai Chocolate Bar class and candle making, among others. Definitely a neat space and you can get some inspiration by checking out the crafts available for sale.

My friend and I signed up in the afternoon for a 7pm class, and when we arrived about 15 minutes early, everything was already perfectly set up with our names. So cute and so organized! We got settled in and class started right on time. It's such a fun experience, no matter who you go with. Even if you're not artsy at all, you can absolutely do this and have a blast. The owner called us and asked if we were still coming and we quicky made our way over there, at 1:40. Even though we were 40 minutes late the owner was understanding and super nice! We each got some wine (you have to pay seperately for it) and she started the lesson. She was very descriptive and that helped us follow along and keep at her pace. We were lucky enough that it was just the two of us in the studio that day. She came around and offered more paint when we needed it and gave us some techique suggestions. Overall it was a wonderful experience and one that we will be doing again! We both got a cocktail to start sipping while we dressed in protective plastic gear, and we received an explanation and a short process of how to do things. We had a bear model that we applied a base layer of paint to, and then were instructed to apply dripping layers of paint and use the brushed to splatter or spritz additional colors as effects. It was such a creative experience. I'm told they have other unique painting events, I imagine it's a fun group or team-building activity to do as well.
