I was welcome by Ms. Pink (spa manager) and she showed me around the spa . The lady that did my facial took her time putting on so many different creams but it when it came to cleaning my face , it was about a minute at very end . I just wish she would have taken a little more time on that. I do like that they don't try to sell you any products or membership like massage Envy. *** F.y.i , they charge a 20 percent gratuity. The spa offers fresh fruits, light snacks, tea , water.

Having been there before we expected a similar and great experience. We were wrong. Let's get the positives out of the way, won't take long. The spa is very nice and has a ton of potential. Great location and you can use the pool after which is nice. When we arrived we were supposed to have champagne since it was for Valentine's Day, never came. We went into the respective spa areas for males and females. The way that both of the employees came, introduced themselves and welcomed us was below adequate. Meanwhile there was construction/ workers in the female locker room. The quality of the massage was below average but not terrible. We asked for two female therapists, which they called to confirm. They messed up on that as well. Went to check out and explained to the front desk that the experience was disappointing, keeping in mind that it was not her fault at all. She went to the manager and explained a little bit. Manager didn't even come out to discuss it, which is why I'm writing the review. Other pros: front desk downstairs main lobby and valet people were excellent. Other issues: leaks all in the bathroom walls, mold in the showers, stains on massage table sheets Friendliness of service: 2/5 Quality of service: 1/5 Quality of facility: 1/5 but has the potential to be 4/5 Management/ front desk: 0/5

Bought it to celebrate my boyfriend's bday. He wanted a massage. I did my research and after reading the most updated reviews among competitors(âme spa at the Turnberry island, the spa at the Confidante and Spa 66) where many people repeatedly mentioned the annoying construction going on at the Turnberry and at the Confidante making your spa experience not so enjoyable; the hairs in the shower and slimy sauna at the Spa 66. So I decided to go with Spa Atlantic and I called them to set up my appointment. I connected with them on my first try and made my appointment. Then continue reading the reviews filled with excitement and realized someone had mentioned the possibility of doing a bath ritual (in room tub with oils and candles) following up the massage so I called them back to book the bath ritual. I called one time, two times and finally connected on the third try. A very nice lady answered the phone this time, nicer than the first time I had called. She explained I could choose to do the bath ritual right after the massage for a $50 charge per person for 25 mins where you have the room all to yourself. I wanted to splurge and just have the full experience so I went ahead and booked it. I was so excited. So the day comes and we decided to drive to the hotel early to have breakfast at the restaurant and enjoy the facilities before our massage. We got to the hotel and valet the car. Valet is complimentary with this Groupon. Then headed to the lobby and we were directed to the restaurant named Coastal. We were immediately greeted and asked if we wanted to seat out or in. First we said out. The restaurant is facing the ocean so the view is beautiful but even at 9am was extremely hot outside so we changed our minds and went right back inside . The waiter was grateful we chose to stay inside. He was very friendly I think his name is Richard, ~65 year good old Richard. He took our order and right away we were eating our delicious breakfast. I went with the avocado toast with side of fruits and my boyfriend got the banana French toast. The portions are very generous!!! We finished our breakfast and headed to the Spa which opens at 9am. We checked in and went our separate ways. My boyfriend followed the male attendant to the men's side of the spa and I followed the female attendant to my locker. She showed me where the sauna, steam room, jacuzzi, bathrooms and showers were located and where I needed to wait later on for my massage appointment. The spa is very nice. I've been to better ones, my friend works at the Mandarin Oriental so I know what a 5 star spa is all about and this one can use some love, but nothing to discourage you from buying this Groupon; I'm just writing a fair/honest review. The bathroom was a bit dusty in places like the toilet paper dispenser and the handicap handle. The spa front desk was a bit dusty too, like their desk and computers. So we changed and met at the pool area to hang out and enjoy the view. The pool is right on the 5th floor and facing the ocean. It was early so there were like 5 pigeons bathing on the pool but they were gone after an hour or so. There is a bar poolside that opens at 11am. So we waited to get our drinks on, lol. As soon as the clock hit the hour 11 we sat by the bar and I think the bar attendant got a little annoyed because she was setting up but we weren't in a rush. She made our drinks right away anyway and she was very nice all day long. There is also a gym you can use. We planned on using it but ended up eating too much for breakfast and were stuffed. We set up our massage for 1pm so at 12 we headed back to the spa to use the jacuzzi/sauna/steam room and shower before the massage. The massage was beyond amazing and so was the bath ritual. Overall we had an amazing experience and most importantly my boyfriend loved his birthday gift. I would definitely go back. We got 2 free passes to back and use the spa amenities and free parking for a day and that was very exciting. I hope this review helps.

Scheduled a last-minute massage at the Heavenly Spa after having great experiences at their spas in…read moreother locations -- and let me tell you, the massage itself absolutely delivered. There was no availability online, so I called right when they opened at 10 AM and was able to snag an 11 AM appointment. Just something to note when booking: they held 70% of the service charge on my card and automatically added a 22% gratuity. I'm not sure if that's their standard policy or because it was a same-day appointment, but it's helpful to know upfront so there are no surprises. I parked using the Westin valet (it's $5 for 5 hours when you get your ticket validated at the spa desk). Just a heads up: you do have to walk down to street level, and the spa is actually the next building over to the right. It's super close, but if you're expecting it to be inside the main hotel, this will save you a "wait... where am I going?" moment It's next to the Starbucks and there's a secured guest-key access door to enter. If you don't have a key (which you won't unless you're a guest), there's a phone right there that rings directly to the spa desk and they come let you in. Easy once you know. I was shown to the changing area with secure coded lockers where you create your own code. I do wish the front desk attendant had explained how to actually set the locker code (push start enter your code push lock). Even when I asked a second time she kept saying just enter your code on the panel which didn't work for me after she left. I ended up asking the cleaning attendant, who was incredibly kind and helped me right away. The spa amenities themselves are ok -- hot tub, sauna, steam room, and a relaxing lounge area that instantly sets the vibe. That said, the hot tub space is on the smaller side. The tub itself is compact, and with the accessible chair positioned in that area (which I absolutely appreciate -- kudos for prioritizing accessibility), it can feel a bit more crowded than expected. If you're looking for the sauna or steam room, just walk around the corner -- you'll find both the dry sauna and steam room tucked right there. Now let's get to the star of the show Andrea! My masseuse! FIVE STARS. NO NOTES. Andrea came to get me shortly after, and off we went to a spacious treatment room (they have large rooms with double beds for couples, too). She started by asking thoughtful questions about my areas of concern and no-fly zones. I'm usually a "don't talk to me, just fix me" kind of girl during massages, and she only checked in once or twice to confirm pressure. I appreciated her attention to detail. The massage table was perfectly warmed (not too hot, just cozy), the headrest was positioned just right, and the table even adjusted electronically to elevate my legs. Chef's kiss. Andrea worked out the knots in my shoulders with exactly the right balance of firm and gentle pressure. Fifty minutes of pure bliss. I got off that table feeling renewed, relaxed, and genuinely content -- exactly how a massage should leave you feeling. Afterward, Andrea offered water or prosecco (say less ), and I headed to the relaxation room where they had infused spa water and chamomile tea to add to my prosecco. Because why choose just one? Lol I skipped the sauna this time because I was in full relaxation mode, but I'll absolutely be back -- especially to indulge in some of their specialty treatments. As I was leaving and walking back toward reception, I paused in the hallway to take a quick photo of a piece of wall art for my memories and this review. As I lifted my phone, one of the male therapists walked out of a nearby room and into the frame. I immediately lowered my phone, but he quickly snapped, "This is a no media area. You shouldn't be filming here." I wasn't filming -- just taking a photo of the artwork -- and I completely respect privacy policies in spa spaces. That said, the delivery felt abrupt and left a slightly sour note at the very end of an otherwise relaxing experience. As someone who works in customer service myself, I completely understand enforcing privacy policies. That said, a simple "Are you filming?" before jumping to a reprimand would likely have landed much better -- and in this case, wouldn't have even been necessary since I wasn't filming. I actually thought "thank God that wasnt my masseuse" - whole energy was off Final verdict: The spa itself is nice, Andrea is phenomenal!!!!!!!! My experience once I got to her was 5 star - aside from the small check-in explanation hiccup and that brief hallway interaction. Book with Andrea if you can. Your shoulders will thank you.

Came out of Yelp retirement just to let you guys know :…read more I had been trying to make a reservation at Heavenly Spa for a bachelorette since Monday January 24 for 7 people. I sent emails I called never got any reply back. On Friday, I called, and after my second attempt, I finally got in touch with the receptionist who was extremely rude in the way that she spoke. She proceeded to tell me that she did not receive any of the emails or calls or voicemail. So no emails or voicemails are going through in their system? That's really hard to believe that both ways of communication did not go through. I sent two emails the original one and the follow up. You're going to tell me you didn't receive either? Then she proceeds to give me the email of the manager. I emailed the manager and never heard back. Obviously, I'm looking for a different place to host the bachelorette now, but it is completely unprofessional the whole entire thing.
