It will continue to cook if you leave it on the plate but they disclose that & give you an extra plate to transfer it to (some people complain about their steak being overcooked but in my opinion that's their own fault lol). The esquite and arroz de la casa were amazing, I'll order both sides every time I come back. Overall it was just a really solid meal. Definitely a place I'd recommend if you're in the Sumner area.

Our coordinator Autumn was more than accommodating, knowledgeable, and very helpful. I never felt like we were in need of anything. The venue is absolutely stunning so we really didn't need decorations either. The chairs, covers, linens, tables, etc were all included in our package so it limited our workload.
