This store has been in business for over 25 years selling vintage clothing to the people of Vegas! How they only have five reviews on Yelp baffles me. Not sure if they've always been in this space, but it's difficult to see from the street until you're right on top of it, so use GPS and keep your eyes peeled. Once you spot it, the exterior is painted to look like a row house complete with cat! Inside and outside decor are kitschy, which carries over to the selection of product. Though I'm no fashionista, it was hard to see what could be purchased and worn here without looking like a costume. So much of the stock was so visibly dated and style-specific to previous decades that I just lack the talent to work these unique items into my wardrobe. Downside to visiting here was service: there wasn't any. I browsed around for nearly half an hour and walked past multiple employees, stepping out of their way as they talked to one another, but never once was I actually addressed by staff. Sadly, this is probably contributing to why they're going out of business: another customer put down a few items and walked out without purchasing them, shrugging and rolling her eyes at the employee running around in a muumuu yapping to her coworker. This place is closing soon (selection and service probably key reasons why), so all items are half off CASH PURCHASES ONLY- another minor detail that put me off shopping here, as I don't carry cash but should still be able to take advantage.

Sweet Shop, lots of little finds snagged myself a patch and 2 funny pins. With clothing dating back to the 20s, 50s some of my favorite eras.

I've been wanting to check out The Attic for awhile, and sadly I'm working when the store is open. Checking out their Instagram, I noticed that she can be open by appointment! Christina, the owner was so welcoming and really helpful in showing me pieces I was looking for. I can't wait to come back soon and grab more goodies! My fav was my vintage "You Suck" pin I also scored some jackets and a really nice button down.

One of the coolest vintage shops in vegas! They have a wide selection of vintage clothes for both men and women, and the aesthetic of the whole place is great. The owner, Christina, is very friendly and provided great customer service. Definitely would recommend to stop by if you love vintage!

so fucking fresh you don't even know what to do with it.

As we may have discussed, travel miracles abound in Las Vegas' historic downtown. I mean, you clearly aren't in Vegas for the same arts-district experience as, say, Christianshavn or the Marais, so let's just calibrate our expectations a little bit here before you're all, "why do you give everything five stars, bitch? your gross overstatement has misled me on more than one occasion!" And to that I say, sorry Mom. Anyway, in fact Las Vegas has a flat, dusty little industrial wonderland of thrift, mixed in with cab yards and distribution centers and probably a sex dungeon or two, and while it's hot as fuck to navigate on foot and impossible to get a cab, it's entirely worth a visit. Or rather, a pilgrimage. Because therein lies The Attic: a two-floor members only Eden of 20th-century relics hand-picked with a discerning eye for glitz and camp. And where I normally favor the less libidinous Edwardian era of decorative arts, it's never too early to start preserving the past, and besides, I'm no square and I can get down to some polyester house-dresses and a brocade settee! I am, after all, a collector of vintage 60's-era Playboy magazines (the articles were SO GOOD!), my entire collection of which will now be presented in genuflect to The Attic on the faint hope that they may find a place for them in their time capsule diorama of dreams. (see photos. also please don't tell them I took photos!!) Also perhaps to garner some store credit, since I plan to be taking at least four pieces of furniture and pounds of clothing home in a U-Haul on my next visit. It may not be the most refined or restrained vintage store you have ever been in, but you can be sure that the living embodiment of every late summer childhood night spent watching six episodes of Bewitched on Nick at Nite, every furtive cult movie rental at Le Video, and every grandmother's closet exists splendidly in this place. You can also be sure, if you come from a coastal metropolis, that the prices will in fact blow your mind.

We got my dress and belt plus my husband's tie at the Attic a few hours prior to our elopement :)

We found the Attic through a few quick searches for vintage shops in Vegas while on our drive from Utah. We had a reservation for our private wedding that evening and were hoping, without very high expectations, to find a little something to wear. I'm so grateful we went to the Attic first--the young woman who is the new owner, or whose parent's own the place, was very kind and accommodating. I found a perfect vintage silk dress, a leather belt and my husband found a perfect vintage 40s tie. I found everything to be reasonably priced--these are curated vintage items, not thrift, and priced accordingly but I think very fairly. Have a trip to Vegas planned next week and hope to add the Attic to the agenda. Recommended! Cheers - A

I've been shopping with the Attic since the early 1990's. Way before their claim to fame Visa commercial hit the airwaves... New location, I was excited to visit... Positives: 1. Didn't have to pay for entering the store (they used to do this at their prior location). 2. They really do have the best selection of vintage clothing in Vegas. Negatives: 1. Pricey. I'd rather take my chances online and pay half the price. 2. Not the best area of downtown. I will return. I think?

Awesome selection of clothing!!! Got several pieces in great quality and with great prices to match

A water color painting of Victor. He's one of the original owners.

It was challenging with my baby angel on my back but I managed to find the most beautiful, floral, eighties blouse with sheer sleeves! It was giving Robert Smith vibes. A must in my book. It was a great deal too. The shop is located close to all the other shops and you can really make a nice afternoon just shopping. I would definitely keep an eye out for one of a kind pieces for a fair price.

I'm glad I was told about it. The second I walked in, Erin (the owner), came out to greet me. I was just browsing to see what she had to offer and I ended up leaving with a couple of purchases. I continue to go back (I've followed her to Container Park) for a few reasons. First, her customer service is AMAZING. She doesn't haggle you, she doesn't follow you around the store bugging you...she lets you shop. Second, she is great at dressing you!! I've gone in for something she posts on her Instagram and she'll give me a few extra things to try on. I'll end up leaving with what she suggests instead of what I went in for - because she's THAT GOOD!! And finally, I return because her prices are fair.
