I was in Closet Couture just this past weekend, and I am so impressed. It's giving a luxury boutique vibe, and with all the artwork on the walls and tasteful decor it doesn't even look like a consignment store. Turns out, the owner used to run an art gallery and brought that modern art touch into the store. Here you won't find outdated grandma clothes, the boutique is full of modern high end clothing, bags and unique vintage pieces like Versace and Gucci. I really enjoyed browsing in the store. I was there during our weekend in Vegas last week, it's not far from the Strip where all the overpriced luxury boutiques are, so I decided to try my luck at a consignment boutique and boy am I happy I did. Went to this place, locked door lights off, then the door was opened abruptly and the doorbell was pointedly noted to me...it was up high so did not see it. Crazy prices, looked around a bit and chatted with the shop person, then I looked at an obvious knock off Gucci purse, and was roundly informed by the woman , Slavic? (I am Czech so not racist by any means) that she " worked with the FBI to authenticate purses". Uh, working with the police in California I know that the FBI focuses on national security, terrorism and cyberthreats, not authentication of purses. Yes, it had a dust bag, yes, it had the stamp inside in the little paper of authenticity, but I have bought a few knockoffs in China that have all of those things also. Unfortunately, you can't fake the stitching, you can't fake the quality close inspection. (I also own several designer bags such as the issey Miyake Bao Bao bag I had with me) The shop person then got quite huffy and agitated so we left. Absolutely would not recommend this place. Ranging from Brunello Cucinelli, Gucci, Alexander Mcqueen, and even unique art pieces such as from Igor Kamenev, I was impressed with the variety and display of her collection. I bought 4 Brunello Cuchinelli items and Chanel necklace that were in perfect condition and displayed with love care and great taste. Absolutely beautiful and was easy to find and choose. There were two upscale consignment clothing stores I wanted to go to during my short visit to Vegas and I'm so glad Natasha's boutique was one of them! It was my first time here and was so very pleased. The front door is locked for safety, so you have to ring the door bell. My mother and I were greeted by Natasha, the owner, so warmly! Her boutique is small to moderate sized, clean, and well lit. The clothes, shoes, and accessories were displayed in a well organized way. I didn't walk in the store feeling crowded by racks of clothing. I understand that it's a consignment shop, but the prices were incredible for such high end merchandise! I enjoy going to second hand stores in large cities because you never know what treasure you might find. Came across the "Closet Couture" and the door was locked but they were open. Okay, I can understand that being in the Las Vegas area, a woman unlocked it quickly when she saw us and welcomed us in. Working was a woman and a man who was sitting at a desk, I am guessing he works there but not positive. They carried an ongoing conversation the entire time we were there. After looking around for a while I finally had to ask about her sizing. The woman said, the clothing is organized by color and not size. That right there turned me off. I don't want to have to root through everything to find the one item that I have fallen in love with. We spent a few more minutes looking and agreed with one another that it is impossible to shop that way and left. read more

I just purchased amazing Prada dress with original tag ( $1,995) for $220! Seems like 90% of shoes in there are brand new. My wife is a smart shopper and fashionista and we were amazed by very impressive collection of original Chanel tweed sets and jackets both vintage and current. Some of them were brand new with tags still attached. Versace dress she scored was only $180! Also, I would say 90% of shoes inventory are brand new with boxes. I bought brand new Ferragamo driving shoes at $280. Tom Ford glasses mint condition $180! The owner is super chill and not pushy at all.
