I finally wandered in with time to spare prior to the nearby Yelp Elite event. I was pleasantly surprised with the collection.  STORE/INVENTORY: Intro Boutique has two locations in downtown Cleveland. One is this one (9 years in operation), and another by the Rock Hall of Fame (3 years in operation). The brand focuses on attire that is comfortable, trendy, and washes well according to the store employee. For the local fashionistas, the store has casual and business casual attire - sweaters, shirts, butter soft leggings (with pockets!), dresses, silky shirts, well made purses, earrings, rings, adorable clutches and wallets. For self-care queens, shelves with body care items are found throughout the store where you can even smell like "total eclipse." For tourists or CLE lovers, there are cute CLE postcards, magnets, clutches, hats, tees, sweaters, 3D printed script signs, and more. It's the perfect destination to purchase the Land merch or souvenirs from your visit from CLE. You can literally buy postcards for as little as $2 and send some old school love to your loved ones. Overall, the prices range from $30 to $70. Most products sold in stores originate from the USA, Indonesia, and Vietnam just based on reading the labels. I noticed that a lot of garments resemble currently trending fashion and fabrics from fast fashion brands - Rainbow, Target, and others.  DEALS: The store is well stocked for fall with garments in seasonal colors (like rusty orange, and reds). They also have a fall mystery bag sale. You can select a mystery bag in your size - 4 clothing items for $40. I originally considered the bag but the store does not carry my size. I normally wear 2X-3X, their sizes are from S-XL. They mentioned that sizes are pretty generous. I did not try anything to confirm or deny due to being short on time.  SERVICE: The store employee (or one of the owners not sure) was very social and friendly. She mentioned that she'd love to have me back in to do a little fashion show as I try some of the items. I loved that idea!  I look forward to returning to the store to shop for accessories. By the end of the night I decided that I need the wallet with dainty edges from the store! I regret that the clothing won't fit me. I would have loved to own a garment from Intro.

I would also say that the vintage selection is very reasonably priced for being curated vintage items... you really are paying for the organized eclectic curation of the fabulous owners. I ended up talking with one of the owners for quite some time... if you get the chance, make it a point to chat with her. I didn't catch her name but we got chatting for quite some time. Especially in pandemic times- having a nice, wholesome conversation with someone you don't know too well is quite rare. I left, with brand new vases, a handmade pouch, a gorgeous vintage tray, and such high spirits! The vibes in this place are unmatched and deserve a visit from you asap!

This store is a great destination for your esoteric needs, global unique gifts, and your obscure hobbies. INVENTORY: The store offers fair and direct trade merchandise. I have a suspicion that a lot of City Buddha merchandise is now sold here due to seeing similar finds. City Buddha used to be a shop on the same street with treasures directly from Thailand. Both a treasure. As far as countries of origin, there are many at this location. There are plenty inspirations from the East - Buddha statues, Indian gods, and incense. There is African merchandise - Ghanaian necklaces, waist beads, and masks. There are Russian-inspired hats and Mexican blankets. Then there's everything in between. As far as variety, you can find clothing, shoes (Birkenstock), decor, walking sticks, jewelry, accessories, statues, instruments like djembe, and more. If yoga or meditation are your passions, you'll find so much here - crystals, incense, sage, tapestries, blankets, statues for your altar, and more. Pricing greatly varies. Some of the items are higher prices like $70 straw purses. Other merchandise is deeply discounted like alpaca gloves or seasonal items like waist beads. I was very happy to find $5 waist beads and added a necklace for $12 something. They were fair trade items from Ghana. Great value! SERVICE: The owner is very nice and helpful. He makes everyone feel seen and welcome. I always feel comfortable asking questions. You can also get a free quartz crystal with your purchase which is very nice. He truly seems like someone who finds deep meaning in what he does. PARKING: Limited street parking is available in the area. There is a covered parking garage across the street with free parking. I have been a customer of Passport to Peru for years. I most love that I can walk in and find everything needed for my obscure hobbies. Djembe for community drum circle in Coventry Peace Park? Check! Instead I was at ease and took my time perusing the jewelry and clothing for my loved ones. It was made in Nepal, Peru, India, and other exotic places. I recently found a beautiful federal style end table that I absolutely adore for only $35! It is solid mahogany with amazing carvings. It was quite the deal. When I stopped in today I picked up some really cool vintage Glass Christmas Ornaments. They look just like the ones I grew up with on our Christmas tree. They also have vintage toys, lunch boxes, dining tables and jewelry. Stop on in, it's worth the drive. I promise you will walk out of there with a new find after each visit.

Prices are much more reasonable than Goodwill. Their clothing selection was modest, but I still found some great deals (sweaters for $2-$3.50, an antique cruet for $2.50). The ladies at the check-out desk were very kind. Heads up, it's cash only (plus tax), so keep that in mind when you visit. I also quietly walked through the church's sanctuary to admire the architecture after they had finished a sermon. I am not religious, but you don't have to be in order to appreciate it's beauty. If you decide to take a look during your visit, please be respectful!

It's is a good mall. I visited on the last Saturday of March 2026 and during the first weekend in May 2026 for business. PARKING -- There are alot of free parking options outside at the parking lot. SHOPPING -- Plenty of shops to choose from such as J.Crew, Victoria's Secrets, Yankee Candle, Kopper Popper (popcorn store), Apple (foe cell phones, headphones, and laptops), Auntie Anne's (pretzels), etc. FOOD -- There is a food court here that has about 5 different type of restaurants. I noticed Sbarro (pizza), Charley's Philly Steaks (Philly cheesesteak sandwiches), and Asian Chao (Chinese food). I've tried food from Asian Chao which was good - I got rice, some vegetables, and I believe chicken in a to-go plastic container. If you live in the area then visit Summit Mall.
