No up selling, no nonsense, very honest. I would have normally taken my vehicle to my dealership, but I've lost all faith in the Service Dept., and the Tech in mis diagnosing causing me several hundred more dollars, as well as taking it elsewhere to find out it was just a bad battery and not the starter which the dealer missed and charged me for a new starter.
