i Feel this shop is very trustworthy . I took my econoline van in for oil change and to have the cause of a leak checked. It could have been the heater core or coil which would have cost me a lot of money. Instead Ignacio found it was only a hose that needEd to be replaced. Ignacio gave me information on how to empty the black water tank, and located the fresh water tank spout. I p,an to take my other car here too when a repair is needed. I was driving down 99 when I noticed my tire sensor for my right rear tire had gone off stating my pressure was low. So I got off the freeway and I pulled into Integrity Auto Repair. II have to Re-Write My review!! The 1ST time I took my car to this shop, The first few hours, yes it ran great. Then the check engine light came back on and it died! I had to have it TOWED back to their shop. They then told me that they DIDN'T do ALL the repairs that they had initially quoted me for and that They would finish them. They also wanted to keep it over night and test drive it the next morning. I allowed it and went to pick it up the next morning. The check engine light was off but the car still idled high and still had a shake to it. He then told me that it COULD be my AC. I asked him, why did you mess with my ENGINE if the idling and shake is coming from the AC? Why didn't you fix what I had initially brought the car to you for!? I told Ignacio that if the car died or check engine light came on again....I was NOT bringing it back but I was going to take it to another shop and They would fit the bill!! Well.... NOW my car is at ANOTHER shop and it also has a knocking, coolant leak and is overheating!! WHAT DID THESE PPL DO TO MY CAR!!??!! Horrible Service!! They should call themselves "auto repair" because there IS CERTAINLY NO INTEGRITY TO BE FOUND IN THIS SHOP!!!! read more

I took my car in to get the speedometer and radiator repaired. They did a great job on the radiator. They coudn't fix the speedometer. they replaced the speed sensor. I took it back and they had it for 5 more days and couldnt find the problem. I spent $950 to fix both problems now I have a 2003 car that wont pass smog. They shouldn't have taken it in if they don't have the knowledge to fix it. read more
