Here's my experience with Jordan & K Inc. (Wheels Chitown). I purchased a car for my son's birthday which has been a FAILURE! I paid $12,000 CASH with no problem while Danny was selling me a dream on how great the car was & that my son would love his surprise birthday gift, I paid over $600 to get the car shipped from this scamming company to Houston Tx, received the car on 2/13/24 from that day on car couldn't pass inspection to get the titles switched over as of 2/22/24 transmission went out. Mind you between 2/13- 2/22/24 I was taking car to shop everyday trying to pass inspection, now you do the math on how many days my son got a chance to enjoy his car. Called Danny & the 3 other owners on 2/22/24 sent them videos, copy of failed inspection & they tried to do a fake warranty that I did not want & told them you can't do that! Whoever they were trying to do the illegal warranty documents with it wouldn't work on their behalf, now they are giving me the run arounds! I gave them more than enough days to resolve this issue I was willing to take less than half ($1,250) the transmission cost! Transmission cost $4,536.72. As of 3/6/24 still no reply when Jordan was supposed to have set up a meeting on 3/4/24! AND STILL NO WORKING CAR It's sad to screw children over & for my son's birthday, he asks me every day when will I get my car fix with no answer, I can give him! IF THEY WILL MESS OVER A CHILD THEY WILL MESS OVER YOU! There day is coming it's no time when KARMA is involved! I worked very hard to hand over this scamming company $12,000 CASH & I will not settle because YALL SCREWED A KID!! Be careful when they rush you to give a review so quick!

Can't even refinance into an unsecured loan. Can't take the value of the car off the loan when the car would have been paid off a long time ago. They're willing to give you money but when you need help or something happens, don't bother reaching out to them! Wouldn't recommend going through OneMain even if you're desperate, don't make the same mistake I did. All they will do is put you in debt and when you start struggling or something happens to your car that they now have a lien on, you'll be out of luck too! I have paid them so so so much money over the years and they have literally done nothing for me as a customer. They're useless. I'm aware how loans and credit work, the point is every worker I've dealt with is useless and the East Amherst branch is unwilling to help long term customers, and they just make excuses. It's just not how you treat loyal customers. This may sound like I'm exaggerating but I'm not. The lady I spoke to on the phone could do nothing for me, the manager Logan apparently wanted to speak with me but the lady said never mind and just told me "Sorry" and now I'm on my own with a large amount of negative equity on a car I can't even drive anymore! Also don't email them and expect a response, they will not respond via email, I don't know why it's even listed as an option on their website. I have emailed numerous times over the years when I'm working and cannot call and they never answer. Please proceed with caution if you decide to use them.

High interest rates. Even after you pay off your loan, they still harass you to open another one.read more

Had a great experience with these guys from the moment I stepped into the door…read more Both salesmen I talked to were great and explained everything in great detail with zero bs. Got a great car with a low rate financing and clearly differentiated themselves from other dealerships. The car had the car fax for every service in its history and not once did I feel like I was being pushed to purchase the vehicle, only to make the right decision for myself. Can tell they care about their business and would highly suggest anyone who doesn't want to deal with the usual BS from dealerships to try these guys. TP

I flew to Chicago from Colorado on April 9, 2025 to purchase a 2017 Golf R in good faith based on…read moretheir ads stating every mechanical part was inspected and determined in "Good" condition. Auto Park claims on cars.com that all their vehicles are fully inspected and are in "great condition." Fifty miles out of Chicago, the gas gauge and AC didn't work. The day after arriving in Colorado, the engine light came on. A highly respected foreign car service Shop in Boulder did the Diagnostics for $364, the repairs needed were $3,192. Auto Park refused. They sent me a non-VW fuel pump assembly and compressor and said to take it to another Shop who they claimed would install the parts for a labor charge of $973, which Auto Park would only pay 50%. I objected to having to pay anything. The Shop they recommended repaired the vehicle for $2,872. So, along with the original diagnostics of $364 plus the repairs of $2,872, I was out $3,192. They refused again, and made a final offer of $1500, or I return the car to Chicago at my expense (yeah, I laughed, too) as long as it was in the "same condition" (LOL) they would refund the purchase amount. This is the way they do business. I'm out over 3K. I would never recommend this Dealer. Terrible experience. Please note that I would like to add to my submission regarding Auto Park Imports. Last week the engine light came on AGAIN. Here you will see the estimate for $1,868.96. http://www.mkvwa23.com/p/xYJQYb.html Please note that the fuel sensor they sent is faulty. Here is the video report from the VW service department. http://www.mkvwa9.com/p/xBUMut.html With these additional charges, I am now out $5,060. Erik
