Stefan is the best! I bought a used Honda from him, and the whole process was super simple. I was looking for a 2014 Honda Accord with under 150-160K miles, and the cheapest I could find was about $8000. Stefan got me a Honda Accord with only 148,000 miles for only 5,800, talk about a deal!!!! The car had absolutely 0 issues, and ran perfectly. It was clear Stefan and his team had taken the time to detail the car inside and out, and make sure everything was perfect inside the car engine-wise as well. After about 8 months of driving, the car had slight issue with the breaks, and Stefan fixed it for me at no cost! My search for my first car led me to Wheels Chitown, and I am so glad it did! As a 20-year-old making my first huge purchase, I didn't enjoy the pressure of shopping at other big dealerships and was worried about getting the short end of a deal. Danny was very genuine, honest, and --while he of course encouraged me to buy the car I was looking at-- was respectful and focused more on building rapport than getting me to buy immediately, before I was comfortable doing so. This dealership was fair: my dad noticed the tires were going bald, and Wheels Chitown offered to replace them at no additional cost. I noticed a minor lever on the driver's seat would stick, and they gave me an IOU for a whole new seat! With this being my first big buy, I had some issues getting an accurate credit score report. Honestly had a really good experience here. I had been looking around for a decent daily driver for a while and came across a clean 2015 Nissan Altima from these guys. The price was fair, the car was clean, and everything felt pretty straightforward from the beginning. What I liked most was that nobody was pushy.
