The first call a message was left with the answering service for call back. A few days later and no call back. Another attempt same result. Another attempt finally spoke with Ryan who needed to check another system to see if they had the dimensions and she'd call back. One week later nothing, no call back, so I call back again. Left another message. No call back. Finally spoke with Ryan after another attempt to learn they didn't have the dimensions and Bobby(?) would be out the next day to measure. Bobby(?) was a no show. Long story short, multiple attempts and almost zero responsiveness wore me down. Horrible customer service.

Anita and Keith are knowledgeable and efficient, besides being personally truly nice. They guided us through al the aspects we needed to know about to make the right choice. They had come with catalogs and samples of course, but they already had a pre-selection in their minds, based on our phone exchanges. Thus we did not have to use more time than necessary in making our choice Speaking about time; they gave us a likely date and they were perfect! The installation was also excellent, the installer was neat, also knowledgeable about all the questions we had. And our blinds do more than their duty, they truly look great !

Purchased an awning system from them 2 years ago with motor and wind sensor. This season we…read morediscovered the awning didn't retract fully and had them come to diagnose what the issue is. After several emails and phone conversations, they now tell me they need to replace cross bar attached to my house,($400), and the labor is 6-8 hours or $1850, about a third of what I paid for it only 2 years ago!! Sent them an email communicating my displeasure, and never heard back. Either the install wasn't done correctly, or it wasn't designed to work reliably. Would not recommend them.
