It's always been difficult for me to see her come home discouraged or defeated from her previous daycare. To explain to her that Mommy works and sometimes I need extra help, I.e. child care. She gets to interact with her classmates and even got the opportunity to assist her kindergarten teacher in stocking supplies after school. It feels nicer than any other school in the area. The directors are always at the front available to chat if needed. Last and most importantly, the teachers are fabulous. They're friendly and love our babies. I appreciate that the administration cares about teacher retention but also doesn't continue to keep teachers If they don't meet the expectations of OFA.
