Conclusion = Refund pending but I feel so much better about them. 10/07/2025 Sharper Image = I tell them for three weeks in a row before this week that there's algae and it needed to be brushed and treated. Since it doesn't get brushed, algae comes back . They send the same guy who didn't do it properly two weeks before hand to treat it and guess what because it was never brushed now I have more algae. Not to mention when he tried to leave, and I asked him to come back and look at the green and yellow algae on my pool. He laughed at me. All they wanna do is send me a bill for things that should've been covered under my $40 a week, maintenance and chemical charge. And this is how they treat somebody who spent 20 grand ( I must not have spent enough for a little respect) in May and they also know that I'm recently widowed and guess what they don't give a damn! So now I get to pay the new Pool company to do W/Sharper Image couldn't seem to do. Negative stars! Hurt and disappointed.
