It was topped it off with some fresh mango and the tamarind straw, which is just more salty sweet, sour, spiciness. All in all, it's a very lovely thing! The mango ice cream/sorbet tasted just like really sweet mangoes and was extremely smooth, with no icy bits at all, which was delightful and I thoroughly enjoyed my dessert. It is a bright yellow building at the edge of Sedalia's "historic downtown", so it's hard to miss. That is what intrigued me enough to look into the place, The bright yellow!
