I always order via the mobile app so I can run in, pick up my order, and continue on with my day (especially if I'm headed back to work after an early appointment). Big shout-out to the staff because my order has always been ready, and has always been perfect. They are on top of things here! The menu is the standard Dunkin' fare that we all know and love (at least I'm assuming you love it if you're visiting a Dunkin'). So donuts, breakfast sandwiches, and coffee. Only bummer is that this location has no drive-thru, so no matter what you'll have to park to get your order. I do recommend the mobile app (especially if you're a regular, gotta get those perks!), but the Dunkin' store itself has lots of space so even when they're busy, I've never gotten the claustrophobic feelings that have come up when waiting in line at a jam-packed smaller store.
