Rhonda was super easy to work with, very responsive, and on the day of the trip - we had an amazing driver, Kris, who was super easy to get along with and was the consummate professional. Pros - Competitive Rates Responsive and professional Bus was in great condition and easily identifiable Kris, our driver, was AMAZING! - she texted the night before to confirm the appointment, was a safe AND efficient driver, and so accommodating of our pit stops! Cons - The ice chest on the bus is a little bit small - so definitely recommend bringing your own! Not allowed to eat on the bus, but this is probably why the bus was so clean too! He sent me beautiful photos of a 22 passenger bus with wood floors, leather seats, coolers, and more.  I paid for the bus almost a month in advance and couldn't wait to celebrate my sisters wedding on it.   The bus arrived to our house and it was spray painted black with "Vegas Style" and graffiti all over the bus. "777", slot machines, cards painted all over the bus. The inside smelled like MARIJUANA with ash trays in the bus, a striper pole and more graffiti.  At first I thought it was a joke -- like you must have the wrong house because I didn't order this.  It was extremely embarrassing.  My sister looks at me confused like "did you really order this bus?".  I called Chris and he was very apologetic and acknowledged that they had clearly dispatched the wrong bus -- it was a 20 person bus (instead of 22, so smaller) and the bus sent wasn't even one listed on the website. I don't even know if it is in their fleet. Chris assured me he would make it right.   It has now been 6 days since the incident. No communication and a COMPLETE SCAM. It's honestly insane these people are in business. Well, I that is their model ... take your money and then scam you and ghost you. No help from the company. It's not right, and not how I expect anyone with integrity to do business. I am not asking for a full refund, do something to make us whole.  This was a VERY expensive bus that I purchased and the bus we got was NOT it.   I would not recommend renting from them ever. He took my deposit via Venmo of $400 and we were booked. As the day approached, I tried to call Chris, but the number was disconnected. He gave some excuse about it be forwarded and mailbox was full. I asked for the driver to contact me to confirm all the details. The driver did, and I asked him to send me a picture of the Van. We'll, he sent me a picture of the Las Vegas Party Bus. I reached out to Chris, and he said the Sprinter had mechanical trouble and he could, under the contract, replace the vehicle with another. That would be OK if it turned out to be true. But that's for later. The large, tacky bus showed up with Bill the driver - who was fine, but not amazing. He did the job because it was F1 weekend I had no other option to take our Homecoming group out. But I just had a bad feeling about the whole thing. So I put a hold on my credit card so Chris could not charge it. And that started the truth to come to light. I learned from the owner of the bus - who is not Chris' employee - just a guy with a bus trying to make his money. Chris contracted with the Vegas Party Bus people shortly after I made my deposit. There was NEVER going to be a Sprinter. What a scam. He's so shady. He should be put out of business. I'm filing a claim in small claims court and with the BBB to try and prevent others from falling prey to this unethical scammer.
