The online booking system required a credit card to book the appointment and would charge him if he was a no show. However, NICO would not let him pay for the cut with the credit card. HOW is this even a business practice? Nowhere on the site does it say it's CASH ONLY or even say Nico only takes cash. So he had to go to Keybank and get cash, which is not his bank so he had to pay a $4.50 fee to get the money. WE WILL NEVER EVER GO TO WP BARBER AGAIN - ABSOLUTE JOKE OF A BUSINESS!!!!!!
