My barber was Juan, and I can't say enough good things about my visit. When I sat down, he asked me what I was looking to do, and he did exactly what I was looking for. I have to admit this was my first time at this shop and I was late, what a bad first impression on my part but I have to say Stacia was amazing. I got there very apologetically and she was so understanding, took me and shampooed any product I had in my hair, then sat me down and asked what I was looking for, I had a picture of what I was going for and she understood the assignment lol. Took her time and fade the sides accordingly, cut the top to the perfect length and too her time to line up the sides, back and of course my beard. Got a nice little neck massage which was great and relaxing, Stacia is verify friendly and kept the conversation going between the two of us as we were getting to know each other better. When I came in for the first time, an older Caucasian lady that cuts hair next to Robert asked me what I was looking for in a haircut. I told her I needed a fade at 1.5 bald mid fade. She said come this way I can do it, and I responded with are you sure you know how to do a fade. She responded with, "of course." As she starts cutting my hair she obviously didn't know what she was doing. She did things that I've never seen a barber do when doing fades. I asked her kindly to be careful as she was going fast. She completely messed up my haircut. Instead of apologizing, she says don't panic while she looked panicked. She proceeds to make it worse while I'm telling her what not to do as she is making mistakes. In the end, she made it so bad that I told her kindly please stop. That's it's ok. I'm done. She responds with your hairline made it difficult. According to her my hairline made the entire fade difficult to do. Not only that, she messed up the sides and the back of my head, but it was my hairlines fault. Wow! I don't even have a residing hairline. Lol In the end, she still has me pay $29 and tells me to next time ask for Robert who will cut my hair the way I want it. She made it sound like I'm difficult. How brazen! She never apologized. This is horrible. I've never ever had an issue with a barber. I'm not even picky or anything. I rarely even talk. I just smile and all barber enjoy me. The only reason I couldn't get in with them is that this was last minute as I've gone through a difficult time as my daughter recently passed away. This has been a difficult time, to only be blamed for her mistake was terrible. If it wasn't for another great barber who made time to fit me in to attempt to salvage the fade. In the end, it was not completely salvageable as she really cut into the side hairline like I've never seen before in a fade. She made my forehead look extra wide. Crazy. Terrible experience. I believe maybe the other barbers here are great, but my experience with this lady was horrible. read more

{I'm writing this review on behalf of my boyfriend} Considering he is new to the Pompano Beach area, my boyfriend was skeptical on going to just "any" barbershop. After researching on Yelp and reading several reviews, I suggested this Barber Shop to him. Thank you Adrian for leaving my boyfriend brand new. Despite a steep price ($40), you get what you pay for. Adrian took his time and made sure every edge was perfect. He groomed my boyfriend's eyebrows, nose hairs, cheeks and trimmed his beard in addition to a fade. Afterwards, he finished his haircut by applying a serum, leaving his hair and skin silky smooth. Highly recommend Adrian! read more

I looked at a lot of barbers in the area and selected this business because of the overall positive reviews. Of course I was still nervous to try someone new... I made an appointment on the system with Adryan (Adrian) since he appeared to be very busy. I have to say I was very impressed. He has a great attention to detail, looked at the shape of my face and listened to what I said. He is very friendly and personable. My hair came out better than I have had in a long time! I've only started getting my hair cut a specific way over the past few years. Before my first trip to Barber Club a few years ago I didn't care where I got it cut, I would just go to where ever was cheapest and get something simple. I entrusted Barber Club with a more intricate cut and for a few years they delivered in spades. They weren't that much more expensive than a SuperCuts for example, but the attention to detail was obviously much higher and I felt comfortable with whoever was cutting my hair delivering on what I wanted. Over the past year though the quality of haircuts I've been getting from this place have been really hit or miss, the prices have gone up, the hours and availability aren't what they used to and some of the better barbers who would cut my hair in a way I was happier with I haven't seen in my past few visits. Even when showing the barber pictures I'll get home and when it's time to style my hair the next day it doesn't look or feel like what I showed them at all, like they sort of did what they wanted to expecting me to style it the way they liked it best vs what I had in mind or sometimes flat out uneven. Lastly it feels like some of their barbers are a little too familiar with their politics in this setting. It's a free country and everyone's entitled to feel however they want to obviously, but when I'm strapped in a seat with a sharp object to the back of my head entrusting someone with how I look I don't want to worry about whether or not I'm going to butt heads with someone on something. This place has become a total coin flip as to who's cutting your hair and what you're going to get. read more

New to the area, looking for a new barber. I like nicer places in general. With COVID I was looking for a place more spaced out, modern, and well run. THis place checked the boxes. I also did some research on the folks who work there and I selected James due to his reviews, background, and experience as a master barber. I didn't know he was the owner until I went. James had some great suggestions and changed up my look a bit, and my wife is a fan, so that's a bonus. I will be a regular here, and James is a great small business owner and is down to earth. So I went in to get a haircut and met Rainn the new facialist. I've never gotten a facial before so I decided to try it. her hands were amazing. I could have easily fallen asleep with how gentle and relaxing her touch is. I was impressed with how much of a difference I saw from the before and after pictures.
