But the main reason I'm writing a negative review is after finally getting seated, I find the chair and counter station is full of hair and dirty from the previous client. The stylist isn't prepared and disappeared again to grab the steam machine! So not only did they rob me of my time but after patiently waiting, they robbed my experience. I've been getting my hair cut by Tee for about 5 years now, and I can confidently say that I'll always trust Tee to give me an excellent cut. I've since moved further away, and my drive to the shop is an hour, but it's worth it to know I'm always going to get the same consistent experience, professionalism, and be able to catch up with Tee.
