My dog Remi has been going to daycare here for 2.5 years and she loves it. I'm only able to bring…read moreher once a week but when that day comes and I ask if she wants to go to daycare she perks up, starts spinning in circles and can't wait to get out the door. When I pick her up and bring her home she's exhausted, she gets on the couch and doesn't move for the rest of the night. Even the next morning it's hard getting her out of bed. The ladies that work here are great too. They're accommodating and very friendly. My dog doesn't need grooming but if she did I'd totally trust these guys! Niki (the owner) does a great job grooming from what I've seen. These ladies work hard too, they're there when I drop off and still there when I pick up after working a full 8 hour day and getting a quick workout in. And their prices are good

She was so nice on the phone and was very informative from the haircut itself to the cost and the directions to the business. Her assistant Christina is very knowledgeable and super friendly. She does have cats but it didn't seem to bother any of my dogs or bother her while she was working. She took her time and you can really tell that she enjoys working with animals. The location is ideal for Niskayuna, Schenectady, Rotterdam, Altamont and Scotia residents as it is on Dodge Street for all grooming needs including cats and dogs. Also forgetting to use the dental brush to brush his teeth, even though I paid for it? I was polite and did not say anything. I overlooked it because she seemed nice. I started noticing I could not get an appointment. My calls would get rejected text messages would say: read: but never no response. I called her off of my husband's phone she answered right away and I said maybe it's my phone. Are you not getting my text messages? to which she lied and said oh no I didn't. I found that weird, but I gave it the benefit of the doubt and said that's OK. I would like to have my dog groomed. I have a golden doodle puppy. He is not feisty nor aggressive. Never had any complaint from her for a few times I brought him in, but for some reason, she is not letting me know why she is ignoring my calls and not responding to my text messages. I referred my friend to her and she accepted her appointment right away within minutes. something is very wrong and weird here, she also told me she had to do multiple surgeries and she will be out of work for months. to which I said I hope you are well and you recover just let me know when you are up and running. so I figured she was going through her own situation, but now I'm thinking was she making up lies? just to not take the appointment ? that is very unprofessional and disrespectful. If you dont want to groom my dog anymore for some odd reason that would've been OK. just let me know what was wrong or give me a reason as to why do you not want to take my dog for grooming? I paid exactly what Tina would request plus tip. everytime is that how you treat your so-called clients? she works out of her basement in her home. Again, I don't know what went wrong but that's not how you treat people. I have attached two pictures with text messages which clearly shows she reads my messages as soon as I send it, but it's just not interested to respond. We never did anything wrong to Tina or her business so I'm not sure what happened here but I am very disappointed.

When we called to make our appointment, they did an over-the-phone consultation and gave us a price estimate, which was very competitive - especially considering they were the ones coming to us! They parked right outside of our apartment, showed us their van and their equipment (top-notch), and talked to us about how we wanted his hair cut. We showed them some photos of what we liked and were able to describe how we wanted it cut (it was our first time so we didn't truly know how to best describe it - something like a puppy cut but not too short because he's a very skinny pup), and they made our vision a reality. It was so nice not having to drive across town to go to another pet grooming salon where it takes all day long, and not knowing when he would be ready. It was nice knowing that he had individualized attention and we knew exactly when he was ready. Plus, we didn't have to travel anywhere! I can't describe enough how great the convenience was having them come to us and the assurance we had knowing that he wouldn't be neglected or kept in a cage waiting for eons. All-in-all, Juan and Heather were prompt, professional, and did an amazing job with our dog. They even gave us written details on how they cut it, so that they could repeat the exact cut for next time, which is SO helpful. We HIGHLY recommend Sniffs & Wiggles and are looking forward to having them cut and bathe him again.

They always make my Bruce look perfect!…read more Bruce loves these ladies too. While I've never stuck around for his grooming I can tell he is a fan. When I bring him there he gets so excited and the groomer always follows my requests, honestly better than I expected. I think after this long she just knows what I like. The previous place never trimmed his snout enough, and he literally grows his snout so quickly I really appreciate that. If Bruce Bruce can't see, he misses the couch a little when he jumps up. He also always comes home so floofy!! It's my favorite part. I wish I had her skills to get him so fluffy and nice! He always smells fresh and clean too, and thankfully whatever they use isn't overpowering or anything.
