Beautiful grounds, well lit and clear paths to get to the trees easily, and the trees themselves were impressively manicured. It was worth the drive from Exeter, even considering we drove by several other options to get there. We had a car full of family (8 people), including my wife's elderly parents. When we arrived, the staff was friendly and made accommodations for my in-laws so that they were involved in our experience as well. The prices were on point with other farms, but the quality of the trees was noticeably above others. When they found out that my son had just returned from a tour in the middle-east, they thanked him for his service an even gave us a discount on the tree! Can't recommend them enough! Best experience in a long time, and they made our families Christmas.

This was our first time visiting Laudholm Farm, during their September Craft show. Trying to squeeze your vehicle though the gate at the same time as another vehicle is trying to leave the entrance to the farm is quite a feat. Once we parked, it was $10.00 per person to enter the craft fair, which I didn't mind because the money helps keep the farm in good shape. There were a lot of stain glass, jewelry, photographs, paintings, metal and clay artists showing their wares. Prices for things seemed super high for what they were, but I understand they are trying to make a living. There was live music, food tents and food trucks also. We spent 1 1/2 hours there maybe, had a couple hotdogs, and left without purchasing anything. The farm is huge, and I would like to return some day to walk around the grounds, but not during the craft show.

Cheryl and Dale, the owners, have a remarkable way of making you feel like family, their attention to detail is spot on, and are extremely responsive to questions. We had been planning our wedding for just under a year during the pandemic and although this was their first wedding season, you would've never known. My bridal party and I stayed the night before at the beautifully built bridal cottage, the hair and makeup team arrived and had plenty of space and lighting to set up in the air-conditioned cottage. The catering team and bartenders that we hired had plenty of space to set up and work, with a full bar and full-size refrigerator, sink for cleaning, and dedicated area for grilling and preparing. Our DJ was set up on the main level on the dance floor ensuring our guests had adequate space for proper celebration. Every question or request we had on the wedding day was answered and met, which was great because that meant we could relax with peace of mind knowing the ceremony site and barn would be ready! The venue itself is so incredibly maintained with acres of green grass, gorgeous hills (makes for excellent photos!), newly built bathrooms, and a brand-new fire pit/patio area, which our guests loved. If you're looking for a well-maintained, rustic style red barn to host your wedding at, look no further than This Old Barn.

When we arrived we were greeted with the friendliest staff! Warm and welcoming. We got to our room and it was very clean and comfortable. We felt right at home. They consisted of every single lost ball from the course and appeared well aged. They were not even cleaned. Had two broken balls in the two bags costing $12.00. I think there were roughly 50-60 balls. You also have a quarter mile walk from the desk to the range itself. The staff was very nice, I will say that. I don't think it's their fault the range is in such rough shape. I would blame the desk for the terrible balls provided. Needless to say I will not be back and will patronize another range nearby which I will also review.

Requests to downsize the event to 50 people were made and denied. Completely unprofessional and unreliable!
