We noticed another guest across from us who also wasn't being attended to, and the waitress apologized to him as well, mentioning there was no bartender available to cover the bar area. We understand places can get busy during festival weekends, but better staffing or support would really improve the experience. Hardly no cheese. The sour cream was watery from the lettuce still being wet and the crunchiness of the flautas got affected. The green salsa/guacamole?? Don't even know what that was..it was sauce that was greenish and so thick it looked squishy and tasted horrible. It couldn't even slide out the little cup to my flautas.
