I came about 10 minutes early and the room was almost full, and within 10 minutes a ton of other people came in and we had to move around our mats for everyone to fit comfortably. With that being said, if you're coming with a partner, try to get there earlier than later to insure you'll be able to be next to them. I've never attended this kind of yoga class and it was very beginner friendly. They have all of the equipment you'll need including a mat if you didn't bring one. The instructor was great and it was a very relaxing mind and body experience. It was definitely something I needed after a tough week of workouts to loosen up my body. I left feeling rejuvenated and relaxed and would highly recommend this studio. I'd love to try their other classes.

She goes beyond teaching just the moves and emphasizes their connection to diaphragmatic breathing which results in a deep meditative state throughout the practice. Imagine doing an entire practice with eyes closed. This serves to quiet us so we can really listen and feel our bodies. In the three months I have practiced under Alina, I sleep better and my sinus condition has virtually disappeared. I am off my meds. There is no one like Alina!

I feel that the class itself is a gift of so much more than just yoga. Cassie is so kind, gentle, and welcoming. What I enjoy the most though, is her knowledge in the areas of yoga, and the female body - especially in this delicate time. I learn something new in every class and always leave feeling refreshed, calmed, and further educated. I love the way we start most classes introducing ourselves and chatting a bit. I came here for a few months in 2021 before realizing it wasn't the space for me. I'm sure it works for some people, but I wasn't one of them. The slower, less intense classes fill up and the hot yoga classes were nice but often too fast paced for me without any talk of adjustments for different bodies or abilities. I wouldn't recommend for most people I know.

I look forward to trying out another class as soon as I can fit it into my schedule.
