I went to the Friday 9:30am classes with Angela Beyer and they were awesome! You are provided with a mat, weights and a ball. Socks are not necessary for this class. The workout itself was challenging and flew by. The facility was clean. There is one hour street parking but also a public lot around the corner. The owner (her name was Lindsey I believe) came across as very well mannered and likeable upon our first few interactions, but unfortunately that didn't last. She would have irrational mood swings and handle issues with a severe negative attitude around the children. When I confronted her about this, however, she became defensive and gave me major attitude. Additionally, it seemed like my daughter was never learning anything new. I would be paying this women a fortune to teach my daughter the same thing she taught her the week before. I am very displeased with my overall experience with management and staffing. As for the studio itself, the waiting room reeked of body odor every time I was there. It was so unbearable that I would just wait outside for my daughter to finish as I peered through the glass windows. Not to mention the studio was dirty and not well organized. Big variety morning & evening classes: Spin, Core Barre Cardio, Kettlebell Swing, Yoga, Zumba, Pilates, Stronger, Core Bosu, TRX, Metabolic Conditioning, Barefoot Cardio, etc.... You can work with a private instructor (separate charge). It's the only place I've exercised regularly. They offer different options for classes from punch card etc... The best part of the monthly pass is you can take classes remotely via Zoom. So, when I'm on vacation I can log into the class or take it when I feel like it if I'm in a different time zone. If you paid for gym memberships and never or seldom used it like I used to, then check out the Core Connection. They offer great introductory pricing for new members.

Cancelled my membership in person 4 months ago and was told it was taken care of through the app…read more It wasn't--they continued charging me, and I had to dispute the charges through my credit card. When I went back, I was told I had to pay the balance just to cancel again or they would keep charging me and send it to collections, and it would impact my credit. They then blamed me for believing their staff 4 months ago when they said it was canceled.  From what I've seen on the Better Business Bureau, this appears to be a known issue with Fit Factory. Really frustrating experience and poor handling overall. If you join, don't rely on the app they direct you to--have them process the cancellation manually and get a printed or emailed confirmation before you leave. Also check your statements afterward to make sure you're not still being billed.
