This escape room was so much fun! It was just my boyfriend and I and we tried the hardest level of the Narnia themed escape room. We unlocked the door to escape about 30 seconds after the buzzer- so close!! Not too bad for our second escape room experience. Will definitely be making this a priority on our annual Montana trips.

We loved our Basement Escape Room experience. We had two families so we did teens versus adults in two separate rooms. The customer service was efficient and professional and we easily booked our reservations. The puzzles were well thought out, cohesive, and challenging. It was a great way to spend a rainy day and try something new and fun with friends. The teens won so we will definitely be back for redemption. read more

Highly recommend! We did the "Kraken's Rath" escape room, it was very well put together and had lots of fun "tech" based clues. Don't be fooled by the look of the building/home, this place is the real deal, and very well put together. Would definitely return! read more

You don't need a lot of space to make an escape room. Even a house will do! This spot shows you just that, and is appreciated in areas there a little to no escape rooms. We did The Basement and Doomsday - absolutely loved the latter. What a great little spot in the middle of Montana! read more

Fantastic rooms. Had the opportunity to do both Doomsday and the Kraken. Doomsday is probably the best one-room escape room I've seen and The Kraken delivered a delightful twist well beyond the standard pirate theme. Highly recommended! read more

So much fun!!! While on vacay with family we went to Litl's. While escaping we certainly took some turns I wasn't expecting. Well thought out, fun, different and clever. Give Litl's a try. I've done almost every escape room here since they opened up shop! The rooms are always so creative and original. They're unlike any other escape rooms I've done! We just escaped from Doomsday and it was once again an absolute blast!!!! Shannon is the best game master!! read more

This escape room puts players in a real-life escape game, where they must work together in a race against the clock, to solve a series of increasingly challenging puzzles. Be prepared to have your wits tested and your entertainment level raised when you get locked in the Basement Escape Rooms.

History

Established in 2020.

Currently, we have three themed escape rooms. Our rooms are unique, in that it can be changed for levels of experience, "level 1/never played" to "level 3/We are masters". We encourage all ages for families and groups of friends. Best played with group sizes 4 to 6 and up to 8 people.

Meet the Business Owner: Shannon H.

My name is Shannon Hunt. I have lived in the Flathead valley my entire life. I am happily married to an electrical engineer. I am a mother of two boys, two grandchild, sister to 7 siblings, aunt to 23 nephews and nieces. My family has been trying to get me to go into business for years. Event coordinating and design are talents I have a passion for doing. I love to spend time with my family, hiking with friends, and travel the world. I have experienced playing several escape games, throughout the United States and wanted to bring to life and engineer my own. I created Litl's Escapes DBA The Basement Escape Rooms, as my own business to keep it affordable, fun, and family friendly. Call up your family or friends and come see if you can escape.
