Yes, they carried what I needed, had it in stock and absolutely do the installation for an extremely fair price! Saving me almost $100 of a dealer quoted price which was basically labor. The tech was extremely knowledgeable and efficient. The heat outside was oppressive, I felt for him, as the temp outside was 95* and they bring a cart out to the parking lot and change out the batteries. I imagine not having an indoor bay probably keeps the overhead down and passes a great savings on to the consumer. The staff of three were all friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. It was suggested I get a new battery for the key fob too....good idea. I'm confident my upcoming 8 hr trip will be safer. I always do surveys but this place deserved a review. Driving down we were having trouble with our windshield wipers. We stop at the competition but immediately felt they were trying to up sell us and over charge us on things we did not need. He presented three options to us high, mid, low with the pros and cons of each. He did not rush us and just made us feel comfortable to make an informed decision. We spoke about softball and baseball and found out he was from neck of the woods. - real solid, down to earth guy. Once we decided what we wanted, we were willing to wait a few hours on line to put the new wipers on but Carl jumped right on it and put them on immediately. A very disappointing consumer experience. The service did not actually solve my problem and instead…read moreput me under pressure to spend more money. My car got a flat tire on the road, so I found this roadside tire service online and arranged for a technician to come out and help me. When the technician arrived, he removed the tire and inspected it. Because the puncture was somewhat large, he initially used a basic plug-strip repair method. However, the tire continued to lose air afterward, so the problem was clearly not resolved. The technician then repeatedly told me that the puncture was too large to repair and strongly recommended that I replace the tire with a new one, which would have required me to pay significantly more money. I have some knowledge of cars and tires, and based on the location and condition of the damage, I believed the tire could still be properly repaired. Therefore, I declined to replace the tire. In the end, at my request, the technician only temporarily filled the tire with air so that I could drive somewhere else to have it checked. I then took the vehicle to another professional tire shop. They inspected the tire and repaired it using a single mushroom plug. After the repair, the tire held air properly and did not continue leaking. This left me with a very simple question: If another tire shop was able to properly repair the tire, why couldn't this company provide the same solution instead of repeatedly telling me that I needed to buy a new tire? What made the experience even more frustrating was my communication with their customer service afterward. I requested a refund because the service I paid for did not actually resolve the problem. Their response was essentially that they had already provided a service and therefore I was responsible for the full charge. But my point was very clear: Yes, someone came out and performed a service--but did that service actually fix my tire? No. The tire was still leaking afterward, and I ultimately had to pay another shop to properly resolve the problem. The customer service representative kept repeating that they had "provided the service," but that does not address the actual issue. Providing a service and successfully resolving the customer's problem are not necessarily the same thing. I also told them that I understand there are labor costs involved with sending someone out, and I was willing to pay a reasonable portion of the labor cost. I was not asking them to provide the service for free. However, they refused and insisted that I pay the entire amount. Instead of taking responsibility for the fact that the original repair did not work, the conversation became a frustrating cycle of excuses and responsibility being pushed back onto the customer. If a roadside repair service cannot properly repair a tire, I understand that there may be situations where a replacement is genuinely necessary. But in my case, another tire shop was able to repair the exact same tire successfully with a mushroom plug, without replacing it. For me, this was an extremely disappointing experience from start to finish. The initial repair did not solve the problem, I was repeatedly encouraged to spend more money on a replacement tire, and the customer service team refused to offer any reasonable resolution afterward. I have saved screenshots of my entire conversation with their customer service and will be sharing them along with this review so that people can see the interaction for themselves and make their own judgment. If you are dealing with a tire emergency on the road, I strongly recommend doing your research before choosing a roadside tire service. Make sure you understand what repair options they actually provide and what happens if their repair does not solve the problem. In my experience, this service did not solve my problem. I ultimately had to find another tire shop and pay again to get the issue properly resolved. That is why I am leaving this review.
