Kai greeted us when we entered the store. He was with another customer at the time but after a couple of minutes, came over to help us. He was very informative, patient and professional. Kai made sure we understood the new changes we would experience with the phone, informed us about accessories we were interested in and made sure the new phone was set up properly. Because we had purchased the phone elsewhere, he knew he would not be able to receive commission on the sale. However, he treated us exceptionally well. Sam, the rep who assisted us, was kind enough to take my phone in the back (I wasn't able to hear my dad's voice yet) and make a copy of the voicemail on his phone so he could send it back to me in an email attachment that could be saved permanently with no risk of losing it. His kindness during this difficult time was greatly appreciated. He even helped us set up the new phone on my car's Bluetooth. Great customer service.
