Very helpful employes, and the store smells new too. Stopped in to buy some cleaning supplies for the ole car, compound paste, car wax, and some fragrance to make the car smell like new, lol. O'Reilly's offers the following free of charge; oil recycle, electrical test, wiper blade installation, check engine light, also they loan tools too. However, I recently bought a 2002 Jeep and for whatever reason, the thing did not have roof rack cross bars. So I logged onto LKQ's website, searched for my model, and boooyaa; it popped right up. 3 of them, pictures and all. I could see right from the pic that they had what I needed, and no call was necessary. 30 minutes and a $3 admission fee later, I was in the most well-organized auto junk yard I'd ever seen in my life. I used to hit Bearly Used and Copher's back in the day, and it was always a struggle to find what I needed. Not here though, I went right to the Chrysler section, and easily found what I needed. Pulled off the cross bars, paid $14 and I was gone with the wind! The staff was jovial, and it's only 30 minutes away, so I feel I will become very intimate with LKQ.

Seemed a little unwell joking about how he was going to pass out, had bad vision, a bad knee and didn't like his job. The other employee there was more coherent and helpful but was distracting the older man from my transaction by joking and playing around with him. Answered the phone and was rude to the person on the other line and then complained to me about how he had to take their call. Definitely need to work on their joyfullness at Advanced Auto Parts.
