They were one of the few places open nearby that early (8:30am) Joyce was working who helped check my battery and then rang me up for the new battery I needed. The store was very busy and only two people were working and they were handling everything so well. Then Al came in who installed my car battery. He was super kind and helpful and showed me my very dirty engine filter which I then purchased a replacement and he also installed for me. Overall, he was super knowledgeable and taught me a few things about my car since I had recently purchased it and wasn't too familiar with it. I crawled to the Jeep dealership first, and they refused to look at it, because it was aftermarket parts, which they refused to work on. So I went to Jeepetos and talked with Ramiro. I told him the situation that I was on my way to an event, and he was nice enough to drop what he was doing (working on another Jeep) and look at my Jeep. He knew immediately that the valve on the steering stabilizer my friend had installed for me was the issue. Luckily, he had the perfect part in his shop, and he was able to install it for me quickly.
