Great customer service, free installation, and a new battery with a 2 year warranty was $125.00. Since I'm selling the car I got a new battery with 1 year warranty for $103.00 out the door. From start to finish the service here was excellent. The tech tested both batteries in my truck and advised me to only replace one as the other had a full charge. It's been a while and about time to change my vehicles battery. Since I hadn't turned on the vehicle in a couple of weeks when I went to try it wouldn't start. Checked local shops in Yelp and they were quick to answer and provide guidance over the phone. They had time and said I could come over in about an hour. Thankfully that gave me enough time to charge the car battery with a portable charger. They were very efficient and helpful when I arrived, quick to diagnose and change up the battery. WARNING: DO NOT BUY CAR BATTERIES FROM HERE! Electro Battery sells very poor-quality batteries, has poor customer service, and has engaged in shady business practices. They do not care about customers after selling them a car battery. I purchased a battery that CONSTANTLY had problems with me having to call AAA for assistance multiple times. I initially returned to Electro Battery within their 6-month warranty period and a representative made what he called "an adjustment" which temporarily fixed the problem, but the battery did not maintain sufficient energy which created loss of power for my car. Once I returned to Electro Battery earlier today after having the battery tested at Auto Zone where a rep. said the battery was bad (a few weeks later), they said the battery was out of warranty but offered to sell me another battery rather than replace the original defective battery. They willfully and purposefully did not replace the original battery so as to push the battery purchase date past the 6-month warranty. read more

I was in the market for a battery for my boat. Marine batteries are different than a automobile. Therefore, I wanted to make sure I was going to get the correct battery. I went to electro battery after finding out the model that I needed, prior to that I did some research on pricing and installation. I remove the existing battery from my boat and brought it over to electro battery, they were very courteous and professional. The gentleman remove the battery from the back of my car, brought it into his work bench and tested it. He informed me that the battery was not good. I asked him a price he gave me a relatively good price less than anywhere else. They did this exchange within five minutes and I was on my way. I was left stranded at the grocery store today at lunchtime. Someone called Electro for me (previous customer of theirs) and they came to jump my battery in just a few minutes. Andre, their employee, was wonderful! When the jump wouldn't take (my battery was apparently THAT low), he went back to the shop, got the right battery for me and returned in mere minutes.
