There was an awkward pause, so I finally asked the young lady if she was going to answer my question. She eventually did. I then asked about an online menu, and she said they didn't have one, followed by, "I have to go," and she hung up. I sincerely hope she was just having a bad day, because if this is how the business operates--or what they allow their employees to get away with--they have a serious problem. There is simply no excuse for being rude to a potential new customer. I was calling because I was interested in trying their pizza and potentially becoming a customer. Unfortunately, after that experience, I will never darken their door or spend a dime there. First impressions matter, and this one was certainly not a good one.

Each staff member that served us was super helpful and friendly. We were so spoiled! Becky and Shawna were a dream to work with. It was easy to see they wanted each of our events to be perfect and they were. One of our events was indoors. The room was set up nicely and the perfect size. The second event was held outdoors in early March. Even with chilly weather, we were warm and cozy with the heaters. Again, the set up was perfect! The bar tending staff was super helpful and gave great advice on trying different beers. I appreciate the knowledgable staff! We will look to New Holland first whenever we need another event place!
