There is no doubt Rebekah loves what she does and puts her love into her products as well as her community! We wished the fritter would have been warm, but it our fault for eating it on the go. The cinnamon roll was moist and had tons of sauce soaked into the bread. We are SO glad she made the recommendation. The Espresso Barn used a tasty roast (sorry I didn't get the name of the supplier), and stocks a huge variety of syrups, including about 25 sugar-free syrup flavors. They seem to know every espresso drink people want, to look at the menu. Our barrista, daughter of the owner, was very helpful and friendly. It seems there is an invisible line somewhere east of Missoula, Montana; on the eastern side of the line there are no espresso stands in small towns. I think there's a business opportunity awaiting. From Missoula west, if a town is big enough for a high school (or in some cases, even smaller), there is at least one espresso stand.)
