Sometimes you get old dead, dark green or yellow lettuce. Maybe the white parts are brown. It's just old. and should be thrown away. The greens they served were fresh with no blemishes or discoloring. The other toppings were fresh. This was a very pleasant lunch. Shout out to our server/barista, Nevaeh. Each table was set up with different table cloths, cups, etc. My order was filled quickly and there were many good menu options. The pancakes and bratwurst were my favorite parts. Most places have sausage but not bratwurst, so that was a welcome surprise. The toast and hash browns were also very good. I am not a huge egg fan but it was a fine egg anyhow.
