When we sliced open the steak, it was completely raw inside. We told the waitress that it was so raw that it was touch to choose and she said that "it's thick so it's impossible to cook through". I thought that was crazy to hear from a restaurant that has tomahawk steak on their menu. If you don't think it is possible to cook it well, then it should not be on the menu.
