I got a trim and blow dry with Rosa, but after washing my hair 3 days later I noticed it was very uneven. When I went back to get it fixed she kept giving excuses that it could have been me applying my hair cream unevenly or that my braids were uneven (I braid my hair to get a wavy look) and none of those were the reason. I made the impulsive decision to get my hair colored (and layered) and am so happy I came here. I reached out to Brenda, however, since she was unavailable, she recommended me to Tracy. Tracy made my time before/during/after the appointment very easy and satisfactory. she responds via text message very quickly and was so patient with me when deciding what color/style I want. I came to brenda after my sister recommended her. I have very metallic blonde and needed to get a touch up on my roots. Brenda charges everything on top so it added up to 150$ and my roots ended up being very yellow. So I had to go to someone else to get that fixed. Today my sister went to brenda again to get some layers. My sister used to have very long and thick hair and just wanted to get some volume but wanted to keep the length. I've done balayage on my hair twice before so I was very picky when it came to getting it the third time around. I came to Brenda to get long layers in March and I was so scared because I love my long hair and it took me years and years to grow my hair, but I lost my volume because my hair got too heavy so I was searching the whole internet until I found Brenda. I was so scared that I only got some inches off to get some layers so there was no difference really. So I came here today again to get some real layers so I can have long and voluminous hair. She knew how scared I am because I wanted to keep my length and didn't wanna lose the fullness of my hair through the layers, but I told her that last time there was no difference really, I showed hair pictures and said at least 10 times that I don't wanna lose my length. All pictures that I've shown was from girls with similar hair to mine and they all had a U shape exactly how I wanted it, to keep the length completely but to have short layers so I can style them nicely. When she started she wanted to cut 5 inches off so I said stop right away that I don't want to lose the length. She said no it's only the layer that she's cutting so I was like ok... then she showed me that there's almost no difference in the length (maybe 2 inches or so) so I was like yes that's fine so she continued to cut more and more also way more and I just saw so much of my long hair on the floor. My hair was so long that it was close to my belly button. After she was done my hair is not even covering my breast. And I was shocked! she took 7-8 inches off. And she was like no I didn't change the length. I was like what do you mean my hair was so long and now it's barely covering my breast and she got so unfriendly. And started saying that this is how a v shape is and all the pictures that I showed was v shaped. What is absolutely not true since they're all u shaped. Super long hair with layers. And she was like when you look from behind there are still very long and almost the same length. She was talking about the end of the v but all the sides and the rest of the hair is short. All those years growing my hair was for nothing. Exactly that happened what I wanted to prevent. I just had to order hair extensions. Going from hair that goes almost to my butt, to shoulder length hair and a hair dresser that is super unfriendly. WORST HAIRCUT OF MY LIFE. 2 years of growing my hair just GONE As a reply to the owners message: Not sure why you're mentioning something about free stuff? I never asked for anything for free. I paid everything in full always. Even today after you destroyed my hair I even gave you a tip. I can upload all of my receipts.
