During my whole appointment, she was on her phone checking her ring camera every 5 minutes about her crazy crackhead neighbor getting arrested again. And then also argued with her husband on speaker phone cussing back and forth. It was highly inappropriate in a business setting. I felt as if I were on a Jerry Springer episode and in a horrible way. She left the product on my hair too long because she was too distracted fried my hair and then aggressively rinsed the product out.
