At the end of the sesssion I was charged $25 for having long hair. So I ended up paying $100. The extra fee for long hair wouldn't bother me if I received proper service. Anyway I left the salon without saying anything since my hair was wet and the blonde highlights looked more saturated. Once it dried and I saw the actual color I was so upset and called the salon for a redo. She agreed that I pay $25 for product fee. She claimed that thats what I wanted and it looks nice. It would look better if I had blow dry. When I didn't agree and hung up the phone she called back and offered me to apply toner for free. I believe toner itself can't fix this hair. I wouldn't risk coming here for major color changes. It might seem affordable at first but might end up like me and have to pay way more to fix it later.
