I am grateful for the terrific job she does each and every time I am engaged at the salon. The haircuts given to me by ZOE are supurb!!! There is a very positive vibe which excudes from everyone at the salon from the front desk to the actual process of having my hair done by Zoe. They are thoughtful and skilled and have such a high standard of wanting to do a superative job. Because the desire is there and the skills expertly present to back up those desires...the end result is a high standard of excellence. I've been going to her for years for cut and color, and at this point I've come to know her almost as a friend. She's so easy to talk to, and I always enjoy catching up with her -- we even bonded over the same trash TV shows. She just makes the whole experience comfortable and enjoyable. When my schedule didn't line up with hers, I started seeing Alyssa, who is also amazing. She's very energetic, outgoing, and fun to spend time with, and she's extremely good at what she does. She really takes her time with you, and I love that she does the wash herself and she gives a great head/neck massage, which makes the whole experience even better. Most recently, I saw Brielle when I couldn't get in, and she was wonderful as well. She is so sweet and gentle. I actually found myself nodding off while she was washing and blow-drying my hair after a long day, which says a lot about how relaxing the experience was. I typically get a cut and single-process color, and I've also had highlights done there in the past. They keep all of your color information on record, which is really helpful because you can confidently see any stylist and still get consistent results. Honestly, you can't go wrong with any stylist here. Everyone is skilled, welcoming, and easy to talk to. The salon itself has a very homey, comfortable feel, and the prices are reasonable, which makes it even better. I always leave happy and highly recommend this salon.

A good amount of food spots nearby in case you need a bite to eat afterwards. When you walk in you immediately feel comfortable that the salon is clean, open, has a good vibe to it, and doesn't have any of that stuffy air that salons can have. They also have two TVs going and good music to keep you entertained in case you need it. The prices are moderate and average now a days to getting your hair done. The service is quality and the end result is worth it especially when it comes to hair. There's different levels of stylists so their prices range depending on that. I love that they are very transparent with their pricing and will be upfront about that! Now, Paulina and Cassidy are awesome and I can't say enough great things about them. I happen to have been there the day she had her hair done and it was simply gorgeous! He spent many hours on getting her cut and color perfect! Maybe she is a scam artist and does this frequently so she can try to get her money back from people I don't know? Either way it is not fair to be dishonest and lie about such things. When I asked politely if they could honor the apprentice rate or offer a discount since the cancellation wasn't on my end, they declined "because we called you yesterday and she had a dental emergency". It was disappointing to be met with a lack of empathy, especially since this left me scrambling at short notice. This would have been my first visit to this business, and while I understand things happen, I wish the situation had been handled with a bit more flexibility and care.
