The salesmen were typical salesmen and were trying to push me to get something I really didn't want. That was NOT the case at Mattress Direct or with the salesperson, Anne Marie. She is great! She explained that they do not earn a commission, so she wanted me to get what I wanted, not what was most expensive. If I ever need a mattress again, I'll go back and I'll refer anyone I know to get their mattresses at Mattress Direct, specifically from Anne Marie.

We were pleasantly surprised that they had a queen-sized Sealy Hybrid plush for half the online price with one small black spot on the side, which was disclosed prior to purchase. The spot did not bother us, and we were thrilled to learn they could deliver same day ( maybe because it was on the weekend?) and would get a discount for providing 1 person to assist delivery driver with removing our old mattress and installing the new one. I had made multiple phone calls that day and they were the only ones who didn't treat me like I was wasting my time. Once they told me the prices, which were half of what I had seen all day, I had to go see it for myself. Once I got in store I spoke with them and they had me in the perfect bed within 30 minutes. There wasn't a rush, they were just that good. They actually got me in a bed I wasn't looking for and I thank them for it. Not only was it cheaper, it felt better than the original I had picked out. Then they set me up with an adjustable bed frame that, as they say, does everything but park the car. I got all of this at the same price I would've gotten a frame anywhere else. One mattress store was pushy and very biased with information and clearly wanted to make a sale. When we went to The Bedroom Store in May 2017, we were caught off-guard with honesty, friendliness, and actual knowledge from Bob! He helped us by answering some of our questions and told us to look around and lay around as long as we wanted. After we chose a mattress, he went above and beyond to help us set up our delivery and told us never to hesitate to call him and ask him a question and to let him know how it worked out! He was so friendly and it did not feel like he wanted to sell us anything, but rather help us find what we wanted. I highly recommend!
