Everything about this place seemed like the owners were being as cheap as possible to squeeze whatever profit they could out of it. When we checked in, the guy INSISTED we pay in cash, even though the booking I made online obviously had me reserve using my credit card. Makes me think he's probably involved with tax evasion. :/ Like, what does it say about your customer service when you force someone to pay cash so you can avoid a debt card fee? Jerkwad. Also possibly homophobic? I reserved a single king for us but again he just decided to give us a room with two beds instead. Like what even? We got one of the rooms upstairs. Be careful if the stairs are wet or damp, they are VERY slippery and you could easily fall and hurt yourself if you aren't careful. The room was really big... pointlessly big, almost like deserted dance hall vibes. Awkwardly it made it more obvious how painfully underfurnished the room was... a tiny sad flatscreen far from the bed, a desk with a folding chair... the mini fridge was set so low that it barely kept things chill let alone cold. The shower was the only okay thing. The A/C unit was functional but spastic once it got to the thermostat setting as it would hum to life only to be on for a minute at most. The bathroom mirror was ludicrously tiny. Of course the towels were small and rough AF. I was willing to give them a try but y'all should avoid this place. Just let it die.

It's a surprise entrance that is not visible coming around a curve. If you see the unused bumper boat pool on the left, you need to be prepared to turn right. Cabins are very nice. Very clean with most amenities. Fridge, TV, microwave. No stove but a hot plate and outdoor grill make up for it. Bring your slow cookers or instant pot if you want to heat something as if on a stove. Ventilation in cabins requires that the wall between main living and bedrooms is open at the top making it hard to watch TV after others go to bed. Nice deck with lovely view. The RV sites are all very long with rock pads. Some of the pads are high and may require an extra step to get in and out of your RV. Bring an extra tank hose extension and electric cord extension if you don't want to be hanging off in the driving lane. Having extra long hoses will improve leveling front to back and get you out of the neighbor's sewer pad on the narrower middle spaces. The owner is onsite and very nice. Not rigid about site assignments. We pulled up to office and called the number on the door for our site assignment and were told to pull into any available space. There is no laundry or bath house so plan to use the full hookup for everything . Would stay again if in the area. Not for tent campers or rigs with no grey/black hook up.

No bugs and frequent exterminator visits. 3. Gas range, Full size refrigerator/freezer and Microwave and laundry on site. 4. Clean rooms with Shower/Bath with a lot of very hot water. 5. Good location, with many amenities nearby including night life but far enough from the college to avoid traffic and students. 6. Awesome, friendly and accommodating management. This is probably the best part, all the employees are super cool. 7. Plenty of parking and video surveillance of the parking lot. Highly Recommended!
