The food was ok. I got the fresh spring rolls. They were in a bit of a rush so they tore and there are only 4 tiny pieces of shrimp in the rolls. My drink was good but hard to decide because you can't find a list of ingredients under the drinks or listed anywhere so you have to ask about each drink if you want to know what's in them. You also can't order passionfruit by itself unless it's lemon. Certain things on the menu can't be ordered on the machines. Service was a bit rushed but polite. Ambiance was a hang out vibe and you'll take what you can get at 12am when bubble tea places are closed.

I've been to the Bep in other states and it was good. Maybe this location is still new. We ordered 2 of the same drink and they look different and taste different. They have a large selection and everything looks delicious. I will have to wait a few more months to give this location a try again when I'm back in the area. Large shop and great place for late night boba tea . Saturday night they close at 1am Royal fresh coco - Same drink but not consistent. Looks and taste different . Measurements for ingredients needs to be the same for all orders. This is one of my favorite drinks to order when I go to Bep in other states.

Super cute spot. Me & my sister always crave a sweet treat late lol so I'm so glad they're open late. I got the summer rose tea, was actually really good. Gotta come back and try other stuff, noticed on my way out they got a tamarindo drink!! Omg

Been here a few times since it opened in Duluth. Owner and staff are pretty cool. Nice to see more vietnamese style cafes/tea shops open. The menu covers a lot of the staple drinks you see at most tea shops but what stands out here are there specialty vietnamese drinks and street foods. Really like the soursop tamarind drink as well as the artichoke drink I have tried so far have been great. The spring rolls street snack and rice paper salad is really good too. Highly recommend all of the stuff I had. Definitely will go back but the parking lot sucks there during peak hours. I like how they open early 10AM so it's easy to stop by and get stuff before the crowds fill up the lot. Great experience overall!

Visited The Bep not long after the opening and enjoyed the green tea milk tea with boba. The indoor space is beautiful with lots of seating. You order at a kiosk and get a text when the order is ready. Looking forward to returning and trying more menu items.

Huge drink menu, lots of different food options. got the brown rice milk tea with pudding, good flavor and the pudding was a good topping addition. Plenty of seating area and good vibes. Would come here again to try their mochi waffle and other drinks

Stopped in on Day 1 of soft open. This is the second shop from The Bep Teahouse located in the old Moge Tee spot. Furniture and walls are different but behind the counter looks almost the same. They did a better job of utilizing the indoor space by putting in an island that seats 12 all the way around where there was this empty space when Moge was here. Lots of couches and tables in addition means this place is setup for hanging out, not just grabbing something to go. Ordering is easy. They have a cashier and 4 Chowbus kiosks. I thought that was an excessive number but all of them were occupied while I was there. The manager was checking up on everyone to make sure ordering was going smoothly. The menu is packed so you'll be scrolling on the kiosk for a while to get to the bottom. They're having 20% off during the soft opening. I ordered the original Thai Tea Red with Coffee Jelly with 75% sugar. Good flavor and not too sweet. Prices are reasonable for the size. Guest wifi is available. Ask the staff for the password. Overall a great experience and it seems like everything was running smoothly considering how busy it was. I counted 15 people while there which isn't too surprising considering how packed the shopping center is on a Saturday night. I miss Moge Tee but The Bep Teahouse is a worthy replacement. If you're looking for a cool place with a lot of variety give The Bep Teahouse a try.

This place is good but why did I pay $9 for a cup of ice with 2 sips of milk.....

Love my Ube drink. It has the right amount of sweetness . The place is big but also cozy

    Try their mozzarella kitty paw!!

Their kitty paws are a must try. The store is beautiful, so bright & modern. Great hangout spot. I got a hot Jasmine milk tea and it was also very good.

It was OK. The drink itself wasn't that strong. The boba was almost too soft. Nobody is close to Xing Fu Tang's boba quality though. I may have to limit my boba intake because the latest research says cassava root absorbs heavy metals such as lead and arsenic. The service was good but my main issue with the place is that they didn't have the air circulating. It smelled musky the moment you step into the door. They close at midnight so that's nice. Would I come here again? Nah. There's too much competition and this place doesn't stand out enough for me. There's 5 other boba tea spots in just this shopping center alone!

I'm not sure exactly when they renovated their seating space, but it's much, much nicer now! I love how it's kind of blocked off for each group to have their own little space. Though it can be a little cramped depending on number of people, Ding Tea makes for a good place to hangout now. It's just a bit difficult to walk through and see whether it's busy or not. As for the drinks, they're relatively good. They're consistent, and the drinks don't take very long to come out. I prefer the fruit teas or coffee drinks over the milk teas here, though if I were to choose where to go, I wouldn't normally pick Ding Tea.

I have been to this location a few times before, but I have been to the one in Midtown more frequently. Sweet Hut has a BUNCH of different pastries, both savory and sweet. They are all Korean influenced. They also have a full drink menu, think bubble teas and hot drinks. They also have other snack type items and sandwiches/paninins too. If you aren't picking up what I'm putting down....they have something for EVERYONE. I got there around 10:30AM, so I grabbed some breakfast. I got a Crème Brûlée latte and a ham and cheese pastry. The pastry was the perfect breakfast snack! It was honestly quite filling. The latte was perfect too! For lunch, I got some fries and their chicken nuggets. I have been getting these chicken nuggets for YEARS, and they are so good!! I always get them mild, cause they already come a little spicy. Making them any spicier (which you can do), makes them hard to eat for me! But they are so good, as well as the fries! I brought a book with me to read while I waited. Sweet Hut is the perfect place to hang out, get some studying done, or just a place where you want to focus. Great place to go to by yourself or with some friends. I really do love this place!

Of all the milk teas I've tried from different boba tea places, I always come back around to Sweet Hut. The aroma of their tea is fragrant and you can actually taste the tea. The boba is always cooked well and their custard pudding is smooth and delicious. I met a friend here to get some work done and we opted to sit in one of the booths to have a little bit of privacy. Well, what a disappointment, the seats are are torn up and the foam is exposed, the table is super wobbly, so to get any writing done... it's not ideal. After a few minutes, we decided it's time to move to the benches. One of the table is still a bit wobbly, but not as bad as the one in the booth. The seats are in good condition with pillows to support your back, a plus! What really ruined our work time is this lady coming in soliciting for people to give her money. I'm not sure if the staff is aware that she keeps coming in and going out multiple times going around to every table. She asked us 3 different time during our entire time there. As people are working and having a snack and enjoying quality time with friends and family, the last thing I want is someone coming up to my table and ask for money.
