I called several AC companies and none got back to me…read more These folks got back to me within the same day, and sent someone to inspect the attic within 24 hours. They told me the inspector would be there between 9AM - 12PM. He was there at 9:01AM. He let me know that my ducts were BUSTED. Like really bad. Gaps everywhere, broken stuff. The "Miami special" he called it. Showed me videos of all the issues to verify what he was saying. Although at first I thought the quote they gave me was a bit on the higher end, after I saw everything they did I've changed my mind and think the quote was honestly very fair. They replaced all the ducts in my attic, hung them (they were lying on the floor before...), replaced all the vents, covered my entire house in plastic, added an air return to a bedroom, picked up all the debris when they were done, and did all that in just like 3-4 hours. Honestly these folks are incredible. Shoutout to Amit. Such a friendly and funny guy. He took the time to explain to me all the issues he was seeing and why they mattered. He was the first one in a line of guys to finally explain that the master bedroom was so hot (5+ degrees hotter than rest of the house) because it didn't have a return. Once they installed that it feels like I have a new house. I've never slept better.

I called to them to see what happened and the person on the phone proceeded to tell me they cancelled my appointment because i did return their call the day before. I suggested they call before coming out or even a confirmation via text, the most common form of communication and like most people do in today's world. They said "Why didn't you check your voice mail? It was in your hands. Not our fault." They wasted my time, were rude on the phone, and now I will find a local company who actually show up and has good customer service. Don't waste your time on sub par cleaning from this location and who can't just say "sorry for the mix up. Let's get you scheduled." Thumbs down. To respond to Jeffreys comment- Yes many are affected negatively by Covid 19 including the real estate industry. I had a short window to turn this around and a full day scheduled.
