I recently had another amazing experience at The Best Nails & Spa. The service provided by Stacy and her staff is truly superb. Stacy, in particular, goes above and beyond to ensure that I am taken care of and satisfied with my experience. She even spoils my kids whenever they accompany me, which is a wonderful touch. As someone who used to work as a manicurist and is a bit of a perfectionist when it comes to my nails, I appreciate Stacy's patience and attention to detail. She always puts my needs first and if there's a specific design I want that she can't do herself, she arranges for someone else to take care of it for me. What sets The Best Nails & Spa apart is the warm and inclusive atmosphere created by Stacy. She makes everyone feel loved and included, and I've observed this with other customers as well. In fact, she affectionately calls me her good luck charm, which always brings a smile to my face. During my last visit, Stacy was unavailable, so Tammy took care of me. To my surprise, I had never noticed that Tammy had been working there all this time, since I usually go to Stacy. However, she did an excellent job and left me completely satisfied. When it comes to my pedicure, Amy seems to be the go-to person, and I have no complaints about her work either. One piece of advice I would offer is to call and book an appointment before visiting The Best Nails & Spa. They truly value their appointments and will even wait for you if you're running late. However, if you show up as a walk-in and the salon is busy, you may have to wait for a little while. So, it's always best to plan ahead and secure your spot. I usually just do my own mani pedi but I saw a great deal on Groupon so I figured I'd pamper myself because I have some upcoming weddings to attend. Making a same-day appointment (for a Friday evening!) was a breeze (appt is required to redeem Groupon). Last minute I dragged my sister and when we arrived, it was pretty empty for a Friday. Nice spa chairs that look clean. We weren't offered tea or water, but thats a non-issue. They have a moderately good selection of colors/brands (mainly China Glaze, some DND and a few other brands I'm not familiar with). We were quickly able to find colors we liked for mani and pedi. I quickly got my mani while the foot spa was going and Cindy was working on my feet. I'm not sure of the tech's name that gave me my mani. She was not particularly welcoming or talkative like I saw Kim and Michael who were treating my sister to her gel mani and regular pedi. My sister's team (Kim/Michael) were great! They were so friendly, funny, and very accommodating to her (she had a recent shoulder injury so she couldn't extend her arms out that much for mani). Maybe I didn't get that pamper treatment because I had a Groupon? lol oh well. Cindy, who did my pedi was so sweet and did a great job! She was trying to talk me up and also upsell me haha. Price was very reasonable for me with the Groupon and my sister got 10% off her $47 (gel mani/regular pedi) service with yelp check in. Unfortunately my nails have already chipped (1 day after appointment) so thats a bummer. I don't do any crazy work with my hands so not sure why that happened. Toes are looking clean and pretty! I'd come back here, service was overall pretty good and prices are fair. read more

Honestly tried my all with this salon and tried to have patience and support a local business. This is the third time my acrylic set falls off after 4/5 days. The business owner needs to be more professional when speaking to staff especially in front of customers. a couple weeks ago the owner rudely snapped at the nail tech telling her to shut up in front of customers and was aggressive for no reason. Salons are meant to be peaceful and relaxing. When I went this past saturday i booked an appt with mary who was known for her designs, i wanted a simple butterfly on two fingers and she denied me pleading she didn't do designs, when her coworkers and reviews below all stated she does all these designs. Either she judged me or she was being lazy, don't take appointments if you're not up to working. Had to come up with different colors since they were out of half of their collection. I was passed to Cindy who I asked for long nails and ended up with short, blotchy, crooked nails. I thought to myself you know what maybe they had a tough day. $60 and 3 days later 4 of my acrylic nails have popped off like cheap press ons. not even rip or break in half they literally popped off like press ons from dollar tree. Went to a new salon today and they were horrified at the quality and shabiness of whatever was left on my nails. Go spend your hard earned money elsewhere! read more

Hands-down the best nail salon around. My recent visit was truly amazing from start to finish! I booked a gel manicure with Cindy, and she was absolutely phenomenal. First off, the salon is very clean. Everything from the seats to the stations feels clean and hygienic. The tools are always sanitized, which is very important to me. The décor is nice and gives off a relaxing vibe. Cindy started by meticulously shaping my nails just how I like them--short and slightly rounded--while being gentle with my cuticles. She then helped me pick the perfect polish color from their huge selection. I loved how she ensured each coat went on smoothly and evenly, with no streaks or bubbles at all. What really stood out was Cindy's attention to detail. She checked in on me multiple times, made sure I was comfortable, and never rushed through any step. We were assured that wouldn't be a problem and were told another technician would be back from lunch shortly. That person never came back, so I ended up waiting until another technician finished someone else's pedicure before she could start mine, which defeated the purpose of booking both services at the same time. During my manicure, the owner (or manager) seemed to be rushing through the service. When I politely pointed out a few issues with the shape and some imperfections, she didn't seem happy about the feedback, which made the experience uncomfortable. As a paying customer, I don't think it's unreasonable to expect attention to detail, especially when getting acrylic tips, builder gel, and gel polish. To make matters worse, it's only been one week and one of my nails has already chipped. With the services I paid for, I expected my manicure to last much longer than that. Overall, I left disappointed with both the service and the quality of the work. Unfortunately, I won't be returning to this nail salon.

But she does such an incredible job that I can go anywhere from 3-5 weeks before a single chip. I don't know what kind of magic she is doing, but in my ten plus years of getting pedicures, I haven't experienced this kind of consistency and quality ever before. Everyone that works there is so kind, the employees are friendly and helpful. Pricing is competitive for the area and the VIP treatments are absolutely worth it every now and again, although I typically stick with the basic gel pedi. Chairs are comfortable, beverages are complimentary and offered on seating, and the herbs they use for teas and soaks smell incredible. Finding a good nail salon is always a stressful task. Happy to find a place I can count on.
