I just adore this place and everyone here. I've been coming here for nearly 10 years and it feels like home. Everyone is so kind and welcoming. And of course, my nails are always amazing. Tammy and Amy are my girls however every single one of them are amazing. Stacey, Cindy and Patricia are also the best. I'm currently obsessed with my new set that Tammy did. Obsessed! :)

I absolutely love this place! The prices are very reasonable and [[HIGHLIGHT]]the staff is so kind and amazing![[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] The interior is also very clean and definitely calming. Amy did an amazing job as always, if you need quick and good service come here!!!

I came in for a vacation manicure set with a various specific look in mind & They did great I job in copying the inspiration. my nails quality is top notch although I did feel a bit like she overworked filing down the sides they look perfect. I have a pretty intensive job and my nails are still holding up really well.

I dropped in here with a friend on a random day as walk in. Beware! As I think the five star reviews are in exchange of a deal! Me and my friend walked in for a maní and pedi but the amount of glue used for my friends mani was insane that the shape of the nails we're completely off to the side. When we went to another shop to remove the nails we were asked what kind of place did such job. For me I did a simple gel paint for both my mani and pedi but damn I should've done it myself. They possibly have some old gel paint because it had too many streaks and the sides of my nails were missing paint. Not only that but the two colors I picked were unavailable.. my mistake was paying them honestly. The 5 star reviews back to back should tell enough.

Stacy and Nguyet did an amazing job with my gel manicure and pedicure. [[HIGHLIGHT]]I always get builder gel on my naturally long nails, this was my first time coming to the salon and they're my new go to.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Stacy did the most thorough job I have ever had on my nails, this is the happiest I've been with a gel X manicure. They look like acrylics!

This was such an amazing experience all around! I called ahead of time and Tracy got me right in and she did the most lovely gel manicure and Amy did this beautiful pedicure. As others have said, just such a great, friendly vibe too. They asked if I wanted to add on flowers which I've never done before and for just seven dollars more what a treat! So beautiful and elegant. I'm visiting from out of town, but will definitely have this be my go to nails place for the future!

Hello, I just have to say that I am blown away by this place. I don't usually write reviews and I've been trying to find a nail salon I love and trust, and stumbled upon this. I should have walked out immediately when I saw her glue full press-ons on my nail. If I wanted press-one, I would have done the nails at home myself. I have my own kit, but it takes me way longer. I just wanted to treat myself. Each nails looks like they're pointing up and lifting off. The glue isn't fully glued on the tip on my nail allowing dirty to get trapped in between and harder to clean. The painting job isn't that great either. My nails look blotchy and uneven. The shape is not even what I asked for. Can't wait to go to a diff nail salon and take these off immediately. Def not worth $50+. Edit: nail popped off after a week. read more

Came in on Christmas Eve for nail services. I had gel X full set and gel pedi. Hubby had mani & pedi deluxe. This salon is small in a strip mall. Not much from outside but quite cozy and clean inside. The gel X full set I got was one of the best. The fake nails are all still staying on after 2 weeks which is surprising. My nails are rather oily and tiny, so fake nails peel off easily if I am not careful enough. My nail tech was very detailed and gentle enough for my super sensitive skin. Pedi was great as well and I liked the gel color so much. Hubby enjoyed his services too. The staffs here were very friendly and cheerful that made our experience even more enjoyable. Overall a solid nail salon that we don't mind visiting again whenever we are in this area! read more

We are not from the area but we had lunch reservations at a restaurant in Irvine so we were looking around for nail salons that were near the restaurant that would be a fun place to take the girls. Most salons that I found were either fancy in a stuffy way, drab and boring, or WAY too expensive... and none of them had the vibe we were looking for to celebrate my daughter's big day. So we were SO excited when we found the 3 Thirty 3 Nail Bar (Secret Room) - it was absolutely FABULOUS! With a big group, I was trying to stay on budget, so I searched for days to find a place that would fit in our budget and the prices at this salon were the best I found in all of orange county, and on top of that, it was cute as can be inside - a perfect place for a party! The salon is decorated so beautifully with flower walls and a whimsical swing that provided perfect photo ops for the girls that they enjoyed for hours! The ladies that were working there were delightful! They were warm and welcoming from the minute we walked in the door (which was especially kind because we arrived a few minutes late). They had everything ready for us so we got started right away when we arrived. We knew that the girls would want to jazz up their polish with some cute little nail art designs, and the ladies were wonderful about accommodating all their special requests. The products they use at the salon are non-toxic so I was excited about that, knowing that I was taking my daughter and her friends. I cannot say enough about how wonderful this place was - we honestly had the best time and I would recommend this salon to anyone looking for a fun way to enjoy a little pampering, especially with a group of tweens. I had an appointment booked for 1:30 PM, and five minutes before my appointment, Katie, the receptionist, called to tell me the nail tech was running late and asked if I could move it to 2:00 PM. Even though it was incredibly last-minute, I tried to be understanding and rearranged my schedule. I drove around and came back at 2:00, only to be told again that she was still running late and asked if I could wait until 2:15. I said okay, giving them yet another chance. Then at 2:15, Katie came back and casually told me the tech was actually running another 30 minutes late. At that point, I was beyond disappointed. This wasn't just bad scheduling -- it was complete disregard for my time and incredibly inconsiderate. I had already gone out of my way twice to accommodate them, and on top of that, I had to arrange for someone else to pick up my children because I had planned my day around this appointment. To keep getting pushed back over and over with no honesty, real apology, or accountability was beyond frustrating. What upset me most was how casually this was handled, as if my time meant absolutely nothing. If you're going to run that far behind, be upfront and honest instead of repeatedly stringing clients along and disrupting their entire day. I asked for this because I know if the cuticles are not taken care of you'll need a fill much sooner and it doesn't look at good. Then with the nail art simple French tip. The thickness of the lines between nails and hands was off. I shouldn't have to highlight that, there should be enough pride taken in the work being done for things to be done well. I shouldn't have to be put in the position to tell you the quality is lacking when it's your specialty. So I left with well it just is what it is nails. Completely disappointed lowered it to one star because there's nothing like getting a set of nails done that looks like you already need another fill
