I've been a loyal customer at pink angels nails & spa for a couple of years now. I was super disappointed with today's service as the nail tech that was helping me didn't seem to know what she was doing. Another nail tech had to come over and show her how to properly file straight square nails and she didn't seem to know how to properly trim my cuticles. I was about an hour into the service and my nails were not close to being finished as she hadn't even started painting the nails. At the one hour mark I had to stop her and tell her to just put a clear coat on because I was going to be late to work. Again, I usually love this place and the owners are super friendly but I'm really bummed out that I'm going on vacation with my nails half done.

He makes sure your nails are perfect, I showed him a reference picture that was mediocre and he asked me if he could add an idea he had. I have always preferred square so I requested square and he turned a mediocre reference picture into a gorgeous piece. If you're looking into finding a salon I beg you to come here and request david. He's absolutely amazing

I've given this location a few tries, but I will not be coming back. In the photos is one example of the way my coffin shaped gel-x manicure came out. I've never had it look so thick, uneven, and messy at other locations. I went in that same week and a different person fixed it for me. This morning I tried to come in for a gel removal 0930 and the lady at the front desk with short hair told me "you know you need an appointment for gel removal, I have an appointment right now, come back at 2". Very rude, no customer service skills at all any time I've come in.

David did an amazing job. He was so Stanton checking to make sure I was happy. Thank you

I got my nails done last week, I got a tip put on all my nails with the dip powder color, 3 of them have already broke.

I have been coming to Pink Angel Nails & Spa for quite a while now, and I can honestly say it just keeps getting better. I actually work across the street but live about 20 minutes away (on a good traffic day!), and this salon is absolutely worth it every single time. Over the years, I've seen the space go through two or three major transformations, and each one has been amazing. The atmosphere is always clean, modern, and welcoming. The service here is truly exceptional. Every visit, I'm greeted with kindness and treated so well by the staff. Their pedicure options range from a basic pedicure to an ultra-luxurious gold pedicure, and I've been impressed every time no matter which one I choose. Went there today to get Pedicures for my daughter,niece and myself and they charged me for Gel nails on my niece when they didn't even do Gel. The lady that did my daughters nails told my daughter to get different color nails on each finger and then charged me extra for doing so.. this place is a scam.. what was supposed to be roughly 130 I Ended up paying $160 read more

I really don't want to post this but my last trip here was not the best and I try to make sure I tip the techs pretty well even when I can't afford to do so, I'm just being honest. So it seems like last few times I've had my nails done here I needed a fill within days. And the older woman looking at me crazy the whole time I'm there like her stomach hurt was not cool. I'm not sure if it was the Botox or what but I use love going here, my last trip was the last chance to see if things would get better ‍ I'm not trying to come off rude nor disrespectful. Great pedicure, would come back for that. I had them remove gel on my hands and keep my nails clean (no polish on after) and they made my nails very thin. I have pretty strong nails even with getting gel so I know it wasn't the gel itself, just the way they removed it. read more

Pink Angels is a wonderful place to get your nails done! I am a somewhat particular customer, and I truly appreciate the staff's attention to detail, the atmosphere of the salon (which was recently remodeled), and the quality of both my manicures and pedicures. I always get hard gel with David, and he takes great care to keep my natural nails healthy while still being up for the challenge of a new and interesting design...I never go plain! I would confidently recommend Pink Angels to anyone in Orange County looking for a new nail salon to call their regular spot. read more

The thickness of the lines between nails and hands was off. I shouldn't have to highlight that, there should be enough pride taken in the work being done for things to be done well. I shouldn't have to be put in the position to tell you the quality is lacking when it's your specialty. So I left with well it just is what it is nails. Completely disappointed lowered it to one star because there's nothing like getting a set of nails done that looks like you already need another fill

The…read morelast two places I tried resulted in negative experiences, so I was honestly giving up hope, until I found Posh! I booked an appt the morning of for an afternoon slot. I was seated right away, water flowing in the foot bath. It wasn't too busy, and as a result, both my manicurist (who also happened to be the owner!) and my pedicure technician (Emi/Amy - not sure on the spelling) were able to take their time. Emi was so fun and gave an amazing massage - going to book her again next time for sure. Bonus points to the owner for putting on the World Cup game! Posh is located on Newport Blvd in Costa Mesa tucked in a corner of a small strip mall. Their sister salon is across the street, and they are able to easily serve their clients by sharing technicians and referring across locations as needed. Love how my manicure turned out and my experience overall. Excited for my next visit!

Had recently lost a nail and was going on vacation so I came here to see if they could potentially replicate my other fingers... and they absolutely nailed it!! you can't even tell which one was added compared to the originals. But she does such an incredible job that I can go anywhere from 3-5 weeks before a single chip. I don't know what kind of magic she is doing, but in my ten plus years of getting pedicures, I haven't experienced this kind of consistency and quality ever before. Everyone that works there is so kind, the employees are friendly and helpful. Pricing is competitive for the area and the VIP treatments are absolutely worth it every now and again, although I typically stick with the basic gel pedi. Chairs are comfortable, beverages are complimentary and offered on seating, and the herbs they use for teas and soaks smell incredible. Finding a good nail salon is always a stressful task. Happy to find a place I can count on.

The gentleman doing my pedicure implied that my feet were dry and I should upgrade my pedicure before he even looked or touched my feet, plus the water was cold. During the pedicure he agreed that I didn't have calluses. Every color I picked from the OPI binder they didn't have. It took three attempts to get a color they actually had. The shape of my nails turned out nice but the gel was very lumpy and that was what upset me the most. Either the staff did a poor job or the polish was not good.

I've only gone in the morning and it made the transition from my car into the nail chair so seamless! Service - excellent ladies that work here. They don't try to make small talk to you don't I'm totally okay with that. My friends and I get pretty loud taking haha I look forward to coming again! What I love about it is it's subtle it's not in your face. They have Tigers Eye polish but instead of doing the normal tiger's eye she did like round roses about three on each finger it's so pretty and unique I love it! It's perfect for where I work, but if you want Bling or in your face, tons of glitter.... I've had that done too! It is a very quiet and relaxing place. They offer many services mani pedi gel gel x dip massage hair removal detox facials and I'm probably not even telling you everything that they do... they are a very SKILLED staff. I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience warrants one. The day after my gel manicure,…read moreevery nail developed bubbling. The salon offered to redo the service, which I appreciated, but doing so required me to fit another hour-and-a-half appointment into an already busy travel schedule. Unfortunately, the second service produced disappointing results as well. Within two days, the gel polish began chipping on multiple nails making me question whether there is an issue with the products being used. My mother-in-law had an appointment at the same time and her manicure was visibly streaky. The salon also told me they would follow up the day after the redo to see how the manicure was holding up, but I never heard from anyone. The services totaled $200 before gratuity. At that price point, I expect products, application, and overall quality to be held to a much higher standard. While I appreciate the salon's willingness to redo the original service, the repeat failure, the lack of follow-up, and the additional quality issues we experienced left me disappointed and unable to recommend this salon for gel manicure services.
