I really wanted to like this salon, but unfortunately my experience was disappointing. When I made my appointment, we specifically requested two technicians--one for my manicure and one for my pedicure--because we were on a tight schedule. We were assured that wouldn't be a problem and were told another technician would be back from lunch shortly. That person never came back, so I ended up waiting until another technician finished someone else's pedicure before she could start mine, which defeated the purpose of booking both services at the same time. During my manicure, the owner (or manager) seemed to be rushing through the service. When I politely pointed out a few issues with the shape and some imperfections, she didn't seem happy about the feedback, which made the experience uncomfortable. As a paying customer, I don't think it's unreasonable to expect attention to detail, especially when getting acrylic tips, builder gel, and gel polish. To make matters worse, it's only been one week and one of my nails has already chipped. With the services I paid for, I expected my manicure to last much longer than that. Overall, I left disappointed with both the service and the quality of the work. Unfortunately, I won't be returning to this nail salon. read more

Tina did an amazing job on my nails, and I absolutely love them! She was kind, professional, and paid great attention to detail. I will definitely be coming back to see Tina. She gets 4 out of 5 stars from me. Unfortunately, another employee made the experience uncomfortable. She was speaking very loudly in Vietnamese about her personal life and then repeatedly complained about the customer she was working on, saying things like, "She's so difficult." She didn't realize I understand Vietnamese, but I do. Employees should never assume that customers don't understand the language they're speaking. It was obvious the customer could sense she was being talked about, and she looked visibly uncomfortable. Watching that happen was disappointing and unprofessional. On top of that, she was scowling while she talked, which made the atmosphere feel even more negative and unwelcoming. Sometimes, it's better to focus on the client in front of you instead of carrying on loud conversations across the salon. The volume alone was disruptive, and the negative comments created an uncomfortable environment. I also noticed two customers who were waiting ended up leaving while she was carrying on loudly. We pay our hard-earned money for these services. We shouldn't have to listen to employees yelling across the salon or talking negatively about customers while they're sitting there. Tina's work was excellent, but I hope management addresses the professionalism of the staff so the salon can provide a more respectful and welcoming environment for everyone. read more

I found this spot close to me with 4.5 stars and wanted to try it out during my lunch break. was a bit disappointed spending $60 for my toenails to turn out like this. $45 for the deluxe pedicure plus $15 extra for gel pedicure. Theres lumps in the polish work and what feels like little specs throughout the coating process. I was the only one in the shop, so I figured spending good quality time on my nail would live up to their ratings, but that didn't happen. I was looking for a place nearby to get a quick pedicure. This came up as one of the top salons in the area. Inside the salon is nothing special, in fact it's a little old looking. Don't judge a book by it's cover! I've been to "newer" looking salons before and you pay at least $10-$15 more and usually get mediocre work. I made an appointment with Tina and she was very detailed in her work. When I asked her to make them shorter, she did. She listened to how I wanted and made sure I liked it. She did an excellent job on my regular pedicure. I had to remove my gel ($5), so the total came out to $35. Totally fair in my opinion. She doesn't rush through her work - and she made them square just how I like. I would definitely return to Tina again. She is nice and does a great job. Parking is super easy too. read more

I was just there yesterday. I was excited about trying this salon on considering it's five minutes away from my home, everyone was extremely friendly my pedicure was perfect, but I was extremely not satisfied with my nail tech, I got a French tip gel x, once the gel x was on my nails, tech had to take one off because it wasn't put on correctly (making the service longer than it should have been), I voiced my concerns for another finger on that had a big bubble near cuticle and I was shut down by the nail tech. Once she was done, my finished nails looked messy, not clean, there are bubbles near the cuticle. The nail tech does not seem to be professional which is unfair considering the prices customers pay. I mentioned to the front desk I was a little unhappy and all they could do was offer me a discount for my next visit. Unfortunately will not be back, felt my time and money went to waste. read more

Disappointed to say the least. This salon is down the street from my place so it's convenient. First time i went here i got my toes done with my cousin & we received exceptional service. we were taken care of right away and got exactly what we asked for although i thought the service was on the expensive end ($60). they never showed me a menu with prices the tech doing my toes just rambled out a service & i felt i didn't have an option but to agree. this past weekend i went for an acrylic manicure since my usual tech cancelled my appointment. i asked for light white regular polish square acrylic. basic, right... or so i thought. first, they tell me they only have 2 white colors. the once closest to the color i was looking for they told me was bad or so old that the color would appear more on the pink side. so we pivoted & i picked the sparkly silver color seen in the picture. when the nail tech was applying the acrylic it was sooo messy. the messiest application i had ever seen. when i left the salon i noticed it on my finger tips. i asked the nail tech multiple times to even out the acrylic because the nails were sooo thick. some nails a lot thicker than others. she said she didn't see the problem but none of the nails were the same thickness or shape.. i wanted to cry and just wanted to leave. when i approached the register to pay so i could leave and go somewhere else to fix them, the person at the front told me the service is typically $70 but they were giving me a $5 discount so i owed $65. i asked her what the discount was for & the tech that did my nails said it was for being a first time client.. i told them i was not a first time client. i told them i would've assumed they were giving me a discount because the results were so bad. then Joy stepped in and told me they could do $60 and offered to personally fix my nails if i come back "anytime during the week". I agreed because i just want them fixed.. I called on Tuesday to see if Joy was in. The person who answered told me Joy would not be in until Thursday.. are you kidding? I am just in disbelief overall. read more

This is the place to get your nails done. I came in thinking I had 2hrs to kill. The host got me in and prepped the station. I sit down and relax not long after my digits are in the soup. I get a call saying they will be ready for me in 15min. 99.99%, I would tell the people to go ahead and wait but In this case I felt the right thing to do was adjust on my side. Still my favorite place to go to. Always friendly and have time to take me even when I'm a walk in. I've switched to gel manicures and last me almost 3 weeks which is nice. I was over polish chipping and not lasting. Even this last time I didn't realize the glitter I picked was so high maintenance and would take another 30 min to apply, buff and such.
