Darby was super knowledgable, he understood exactly what we needed, and the prices were very reasonable compared to most of the competition. Because our Studio has two full walls of windows, we need to keep the sun out but also wanted something lighter for an aesthetic look and for some privacy. Darby suggested we do a UV Sun shade closest to the window, and then another track of drapes which we can pull when it's less sunny or at night when we don't need the full sun blocking. So we ordered both blinds and drapes, and both were done within the timeframe Darby initially quoted us (which was faster than the industry standard from what I experienced meeting other companies). The delivery and installation process was also great, as they were quite flexible working with our schedule around all the other work being done in our studio. Stretch the installer was wonderful. The final result is absolutely beautiful, and one of our instructors just today said "I feel like I'm in a spa." I met with 5 different local companies and I can 100% recommend this one and if we build another studio or need something done for our house there is no question we'll be back :)

Indeed, there was a quick and easy fix, and this company made it happen within 48 hours. My tenant was thrilled that her visiting mother would be able to enjoy the view from the window. I will definitely call this company again for my next window issues.

The staff was accessible, good with follow through, funny, and very helpful: when they came to do the closet measurements they also helped us with a temporary fix after one of the closet racks from when we moved in had collapsed. The staff person gave us good details on how to maximize space in two crowded closets and led us to have much better organization in our new home. The scheduled installation day took a few weeks before actual installation due to it being a busy season. Still, the closets were completed a couple of weeks earlier than Interior Motif's initial time estimate, which made us happy. We will return here for future closet work and recommend it for others.

I am so late in posting this review but better late than never…read more I replaced my old eyesore blinds with vertical cellular shades, based on Peter's recommendations, and I am so happy with the results. I opted for white in both the living and bedroom areas. I love how the bedroom has the blackout feature and how both retract so close to the edges. Also thought it was a great value too. He gave me some really great options for sliding doors as I really didn't want vertical slat blinds again. I know Peter and Budget Blinds have replaced a lot of my neighbors' window treatments too so he came with a lot of great reviews and recommendations by word of mouth. I was also told that Budget Blinds will replace my blinds as a one time courtesy should there be any materials damages, I.e., flood damage, fire, etc. I would need to cover the cost of labor but the actual blinds would be replaced gratis. I would pay the additional labor, which is more than reasonable. Highly recommend.
