Indeed, there was a quick and easy fix, and this company made it happen within 48 hours. My tenant was thrilled that her visiting mother would be able to enjoy the view from the window. Prior to giving the deposit, I received frequent emails and updates from our salesperson, but from the moment I gave them the 50% Deposit, it was essentially radio silence. This was one of the worst customer experiences I have encountered; from showing up with missing and mismeasured shades, shades that did not work, incorrect lead times by over a month, and most importantly a lack-of / non-existent communication. When I spoke with the manager it was made to seem like the situation wasn't that big of a deal and Interior Motif did nothing to better the situation. As someone who works in a sales / customer service role, I'm not quite sure how this place stays in business. I would highly recommend staying away, unless you want a six-month headache. The only time you will hear from them, is when it is time to collect payment.

I am so late in posting this review but better late than never…read more I replaced my old eyesore blinds with vertical cellular shades, based on Peter's recommendations, and I am so happy with the results. I opted for white in both the living and bedroom areas. I love how the bedroom has the blackout feature and how both retract so close to the edges. Also thought it was a great value too. He gave me some really great options for sliding doors as I really didn't want vertical slat blinds again. I know Peter and Budget Blinds have replaced a lot of my neighbors' window treatments too so he came with a lot of great reviews and recommendations by word of mouth. I was also told that Budget Blinds will replace my blinds as a one time courtesy should there be any materials damages, I.e., flood damage, fire, etc. I would need to cover the cost of labor but the actual blinds would be replaced gratis. I would pay the additional labor, which is more than reasonable. Highly recommend.

We worked with Doug to go through all of the various choices before deciding on the luxury vinyl option.
