The staff was accessible, good with follow through, funny, and very helpful: when they came to do the closet measurements they also helped us with a temporary fix after one of the closet racks from when we moved in had collapsed. The staff person gave us good details on how to maximize space in two crowded closets and led us to have much better organization in our new home. The scheduled installation day took a few weeks before actual installation due to it being a busy season. Still, the closets were completed a couple of weeks earlier than Interior Motif's initial time estimate, which made us happy. We will return here for future closet work and recommend it for others.

I'm glad I called Aart - they arrived promptly to measure and explain how they could build out the shutters in a way that would allow me to still access the windows for cleaning. Also, beware: instead of taking ownership over their mistakes, Camelot will accuse you of having caused the damage. Two Camelot technicians came to my apartment on Friday, Aug 2 at 10:30am. When I returned from a short trip the next night (Saturday, Aug 3), I found my window completely shattered from the inside. The glass is double-paned. This means that the cause of the damage could NOT be external. No one had access to my apartment while I was gone. In the five years living in this unit, the only time there had been damage to my windows is when Camelot came to clean them. I called Camelot management expecting them to take responsibility and provide customer service. Instead, the man I spoke to berated me and told me he didn't know what went on in my apartment. He said, verbatim, "I don't know what people do in their apartments; you could have been throwing dishes in there," and kept insisting that they bore no responsibility. I was completely taken aback because it doesn't take a degree in engineering to figure out that when they removed the window, cleaned it, and put it back in, they compromised the structure of it. A terrible experience from a terrible company. Spend your money on a company with professionalism and morals.

I requested a quote and they sent a lead salesman Eric who showed up promptly and was very professional. We spoke for about 15minutes and when I saw the quote was the most affordable and already knew the quality of the blinds recommended, I quickly committed to the job performance. Eric took measurements and I volunteered a pay a deposit so I could secure the service. Only a few days past and Eric returned with the custom blinds and now we use a remote to control our sunlight and it's amazing.
