It was from one of those no-name companies where you order the bike online and it gets delivered but you have to do the final assembly yourself. Anyhow, the owner recommended a replacement instead of a repair, and gave me a really good deal on a used but very nice, significantly higher end wheel instead. Service was friendly and extremely fast. I'll definitely send my friend here if he wants to upgrade his rear wheel down the road.

I settled on a cool green and black 'cruiser' style and it is super cool! Come to find out when I paid, I bought my wive's bike here 5 years ago and they still had all of my information on record. Folks were friendly and willing to have me come back later if they didn't have what I wanted in stock as well. Seeing that it was around the holidays I grabbed the bike and went on my way. Best thing? My son's old bike they were willing to donate for me as well. Great experience and now should I go back to get another bike for myself?
