I believe local businesses should charge fair, transparent rates, and this experience left me feeling taken advantage of. I prefer supporting local shops, but it's hard to justify coming back after this. The owner should take a closer look at their pricing because this kind of experience drives loyal customers away.

Once I got the call I could come in test ride and decide if I wanted to purchase. It was held for me to purchase after test ride but I was not obliged to purchase. All was as explained and I was helped with any questions, usage instructions and folding and unfolding demonstration and allowed test ride when it came in.
